I need to validate the hashcode when building a ClickOnce package - Any way to do this without installing it first? Ideally I would do it in my MSBuild script, right after I have created the package. It doesn't seem that Mage.exe has this ability.

you could sign manually by using mage.exe from the Framework tools, there is an cli and an gui version of mage available. I've used the commandline tool for resigning packages while build and it works great, I think the cli should provide a way to validate hashs.
But btw. if you change any file you have to resign the entire package.

No. This cannot be removed. It is a security feature to inform the user.

I'm making app with using Xamarin.forms. (PCL Project)
Today, I added new three solution packages named SVG.Forms.Plugin.Abstractions, SVG.Forms.Plugin.iOS, SVG.Forms.Plugin.Android on workspace that downloaded from github.
I have used realm for Xamarin.
But After I added new packages, "Realms.RealmException has been thrown".
Message is "Fody not properly installed. allbX.Baby is a RealmObject but has not been woven."
Is it Fody's problem or Realm's or new packages'(SGV Control)?
And could you let me know how to solve it?

The check which is delivering that message is because Fody is not running.
So, they may have a RealmObject in their component but Fody doesn't get run building in your solution so weaving doesn't occur.
The easiest fix is to just use NuGet to add Fody to your main application project. That should install it in the right place for the solution.
Background
NuGet manages dependencies so if a package relies on Realm, it will go on in turn and install Realm. Realm itself relies on Fody, for example, so will in turn trigger a Fody installation.
You can manually install Realm but it is a little fiddly, having to add a couple of lines to your csproj to specify imports. We have chosen to only document installation via NuGet at this stage.
If you want to manually add Realm to another solution without using NuGet, I suggest you take a new clean solution, save a copy, and diff with the changes made to that solution by adding Realm via NuGet. You will then see the lines to copy into your existing solution.
I am having a hard time trying to build my javafx app into .app (for mac).

However, it is far from what I'm looking for. By following that tutorial, I managed to build an app from my javafx project, however the size of file was just ridiculous and it is because the whole JRE is being bundled inside. I am now looking for a way to deploy .app file with dependencies (it's important) ONLY and without JRE. (JRE should be pre-installed by user). Is there a way to do that? I really tried to find one, but faild. Hope you, guys, help me.

The tools used are the same as from the deployment quick start you mention in your question. You just set the fx:platform basedir="".

However, these packages are much much smaller in size. If download size matters and you are confident that user have recommended system JRE installed then this may be good option to consider if you want to improve user experience for install and launch.
Technically, this is implemented as an extension of previous feature. Pass empty string as value for 'basedir' attribute and this will be treated as request to not bundle Java runtime, e.g.

You can use the Inetc plug-in to download files, it can also perform HEAD requests if you want to perform the version check on the server. Everything else really depends on your specific setup but creating multi-stage online installers/updaters is not easy; see this answer for a list of things you need to think about/figure out...
I'm involved in developing a sandboxed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online plugin and have a set of tests that I can drive from a xUnit front end on my local machine given that I right-click the Package and select the Deploy option (and resort to using the plugin loader sample when that doesn't work).
I'd like to be able to automate the running of my tests on my CI rig, where I'll need it to upload a fresh binary as part of each run.
We've looked at http://pluginregcrm2011.codeplex.com/ but it has bugs that prevent it working for Online and in short looks like it's no longer being maintained and I'm not keen to take ownership of what should be a fundamental tool that a platform/ecosystem should just have.
Is anyone using that tool or another plugin uploader non-interactively? Am I missing something?
I know I'm late with my answer and I`m pretty sure that you already have found a solution which is working for you.
However I felt the same pain and I have hacked a small application which could be used to simply update the plugin assembly, without doing any configuration work.

There isn't an easy OOB experience with this but the CRM 2011 Developer Toolkit just uses a set of MSBuild targets that you can call yourself. It's just MSBuild, so you could hook it into your CI build if required. If you install or just extract the Developer Toolkit MSI in the SDK you'll find the following two files in there...
Microsoft.CrmdeveloperTools.CrmClient.dll
Microsoft.CrmdeveloperTools.CrmClient.targets
As an aside it would be nice if MS would open source this as the current implementation uses predominantly sealed and internal classes within the custom tasks.
