Spring static resource servlet request - spring

My English is not good. Please understand it.
I'm in charge of maintaining a website built with Spring, tiles and ibatis frameworks.
The problem is all gif, js, etc... go through DispatcherServlet because most of the address of static resources are like /home/images/hbg_01.gif. the resource path is mapped by homeServlet.
But I'd like my static resource to be ignored by any Dispatcher servlet written in Web.xml.
I am new to J2EE. so if it's lack of information. please leave comment. I will give you anything if needed
here's my web.xml

mvc-static-resources can be of help. Pl. refer :
http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/3.0.5.RELEASE/spring-framework-reference/html/mvc.html#mvc-static-resources

As you told /home/images/hbg_01.gif. The resource path is mapped by homeServlet.
change url pattern /home/* to avoid mapped to homeServlet like:
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>homeServlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/home/anything/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>

Migrating from jersey 1.19 + spring 5 to Jersey 2.25 + spring 5

I'm trying to migrate a application I have in Jersey 1.19, jersey-spring and Spring 5.0.5 to using Jersey 2.25, jersey-spring3 and Spring 5.0.5 but I'm running into trouble.
I've changed the maven dependencies to use the new Jersey version, I run the tomcat and the console shows no problems, if I enter the manager gui I can see that the app is running, but when I try to access the context it just throws 404.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this problem?

I was adding security to my demo application, (user-login) by using :this tutorial , I am getting error as: Cannot initialize context because there is already a root application context present - check whether you have multiple ContextLoader* definitions in your web.xml!
I have added my web.xml, Later i found this tutorial, then error was coming: No bean named 'springSecurityFilterChain' is defined. In the tutorial they explained
The MessageSecurityWebApplicationInitializer will automatically register the springSecurityFilterChain Filter for every URL in your application. If Filters are added within other WebApplicationInitializer instances we can use #Order to control the ordering of the Filter instances.
I didnot understand the above message please help me with this
Edit your fitTrackerServlet servlet as:

Base path about swagger project

I started to learn swagger in May 8th and completed my first project with swagger in today.
The page occurred but has a fatal problem that the base path of project didn't show ![enter image description here][1]and api list occurred error like(I don't have enough reputation so I describe the error):
expect Request URL is :http://localhost:8080/TestFF/addUser?postData=11
now : http://localhost:8080/addUser?postData=11
I try about two or three ways to config the project but still without base path.
My configuration just like:

HiddenHttpMethodFilter in Glassfish 3.1.2

Im trying to process a masqueraded PUT using spring's _metgod hidden attribute, but the request is coming through as a POST even with the HiddenHttpMethodFilter in place. Is there anything else you have to do to enable in in glassfish? Web.xml is below:

OK I figured out that this is because of the enctype="multipart/form-data" issue ive read so much about. Turns out that sf:form tags resolve to multipart forms so that spring tries to process them with a MultipartResolver. The XML to get around this is below:
