In AppStore is available Xcode 4.4 but I need Xcode 4.2 and I can't find it at all. Help me please. Where can I find it and install?
Xcode is available from the Apple's developer support center. You'll need an account but they are free.

I just updated my Xcode from 4.4 to 4.4.1, but I can't seem to find what changes they have made to Xcode. Could anyone please enlighten me? I can only find the changes for 4.4.
This is new in xcode 4.4;
https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/DeveloperTools/Conceptual/WhatsNewXcode/Articles/xcode_4_4.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40011649-SW1
I think 4.4.1 is just a small fix of a very small issue, nothing big!

There is a program that I have been using for about 10 years now: http://matthieu.bizland.com/ colorpad. Unfortunately, it is only supported by Windows however, I need it for Mac OSX. Is there an equivalent? BTW, this is a desktop application not a browser extension.
Thanks!

Where can I get the latest taglib.framework which I need to be used in cocoa?
taglib does not have an Objective-C specific API, but you could use the C API. There is is an OS X framework build listed on their homepage homepage.
Edit: thanks for pointing out the framework build listed at the bottom of the homepage.
