Logon web site using button.click - watin

I want to use watin simulating a logon process. I use
browser.Button(Find.ByClass("button")).Click();
It worked several times, then it stopped working. I can see the page refreshed but I wasn't logged in.

It turns out Firefox works better in my environment. IE is not very reliable. However you have to use Firefox 4.3. Good news is that you can use portable Firefox.

Cannot start web-simulator on google actions for API.AI project

I am working on Google Cloud Platform to develop a project in API.AI, I have an integration (in API.AI) with Google Actions (for Google Home or Google Assistant), they provide me to see my progress as real time in web-simulator, that you can find here:
https://developers.google.com/actions/tools/web-simulator
I am trying to START the web-simulator clicking on START button, then I get a window pop-up but after open, it closes, I try and try again but I obtain the same result, I cannot open the web-simulator. I have allowed the popup windows in my browser.
Of course I have completed all steps to start web-simulator...
I don't know what is happening. Someone can help me? Thank you, have a good day.
First, are you using a compatible browser? Try it in Chrome if you're
not already using it, as Chrome is a Google product, and so is the
web simulator.
Next, are you using any Ad-Blockers or
Script-Blockers like NoScript? If so, try disabling them, as they
could interfere with the operation of the tool.
If it still doesn't work, try going to an Incognito Windows by pressing the
three dots button and opening a New Incognito Window. Go to the page, and log
in. This will ensure that no cookies are interfering.
At this point, if you're still having issues, try a different browser.
(Either Firefox or Opera)

error parallax effect in firefox but works on google chrome

I need your help my website is not functioning properly on firefox browser but in edge, chrome and opera and safari it works only firefox is not functioning properly
Firefox Browser
Google Chrome Browser
I would recommend setting up all your projects in Xampp or something similar first before testing it. If you are going to upload to a server you need to replicate the environment locally before you decide whether it is going to work or not. It seems complicated but it is quite simple, you can find out more here. https://www.apachefriends.org/
That said, check your urls, they are not the same for your two different screens, the one is referencing an anchor tag.

What is the alternative for window.performance.getEntries(); in FireFox and Safari?

IE and Chrome offer window.performance.getEntries(); to get information about performance of entities in a webpage.
In both FireFox and Safari, this command is undefined when I try to use it from the console.
So, my question is: what is the alternative in FireFox and Safari for this functionality?
EDIT:
I'm using this command via Javascript. Hence I need an alternative also for other browsers.
CanIUse says something for resource timing (which is part of what youre asking): http://caniuse.com/#search=resource timing
Also it says
This feature can be enabled in about:config, search for dom.enable_resource_timing flag
By default it is turned off, you'll have to ask your users to switch it on manually, or to write a plugin for this purpose
Now window.performance.getEntries(); works fine in Firefox, but the problem remains for Safari.

How do I Start My Browser (Firefox) the Way Selenium Does?

I've got a Selenium test which crashes my browser (Firefox) whenever it runs. It's just a simple test (login, logout, login, logout, login ... crash) and I can't reproduce the crash when I do the same things manually, so I think the problem is with Selenium itself.
However, the issue could be that my Firefox starts with different options than when Selenium starts it. I could confirm that's not the case if I could start Firefox the exact same way Selenium starts it (eg. without plug-ins, with all history cleared, etc.) ... but I'm not sure how to do that.
Can anyone tell me which options to use to make Firefox run the same way as when Selenium runs it?
I was never able to find out how to emulate Selenium's use of Firefox. I tried using a fresh Firefox profile, but that still seemed to have differences from how Selenium ran Firefox.
Instead I wound up re-writing my test to be two tests, and then it was able to log in/out twice in the first test and once in the second test, avoiding the issue I was trying to debug (which only manifests when I try to log in/out 3 times in the same test).
If anyone can provide a better explanation of how to emulate Selenium's running of Firefox I'd be happy to accept that answer.

ASP.NET Membership Webforms redirection when using IE

I've got an issue whereby when a user logs into a website using Firefox, it works.
When the user logs in using internet explorer, it doesn't work. I've checked and tried compatibility mode, and that doesn't make any difference.
Does anyone have any idea why when using IE, it would redirect back to the login page, but it doesn't happen on firefox or chrome?
Thoughts?
All I did was reboot the server completely and it started working again.
That was so strange.
