I cannot seem to use the new features that come with TFS 2012 using VS 2010?
Is it possible? I would like to use the code review feature.
Code Reviews require visual studio 2012 and tfs 2012. VS2010 simply does not have the built in UI to support doing them.

There you will find a step by step, I followed and am getting use normally.
In my case I have to upgrade:
"If you have not already, install Visual Studio 2012. You can use
Visual Studio 2010, but you'll need to install Service Pack 1 first
and KB2662296. Or, you can use Visual Studio 2008 SP1 with GDR this
update. "
After that I could use normally.

There is a form of code review possible with VS2010 from the CMMI process, but it doesn't have the nice interactive and code-commenting features from VS2012, it is just another Work Item form.

Currently, I am trying to add my projects to Source Control preferably Team Foundation Server.
Installed TFS 2015 on a server and tried connecting from Visual studio 2012 to add a team project, which is not successful. Please let me know which version of tfs is compatible with VS2012 and details would be appreciated.
I was trying to get TFS 2012 but I got a response from the technical support that 'Based on the search results, the only versions available on the VLSC site are 2013 and 2015.' The techical support person from my workplace was trying to download TFS 2012 as per my request for me to work on the set up.
Please provide any help links available.I haven't done anything on the admin side and this confuses me a lot.

TFS 2015 requires latest Visual Studio 2012 update. Supports Git with Visual Studio Tools for Git extension.

Based on your comments, you're trying to create a new team project in TFS 2015.
In order to create a Team Project, you need to be using the same version of Visual Studio as you're using TFS. So, to create a team project in TFS 2015, you need to use Visual Studio 2015. This can be done from VS2015 Community or Team Explorer 2015.
I have a project from VS Studio 2010 that I want to work with in VS 2015. When I start this Project with VS 2015 I receive an error saying something like "compatibility-Error (Version)".

Without you going into any more detail about the actual error. (error numbers / screenshot) it will be very hard for any of us to give a real answer. Therefore I am going to suggest you take a look at Troubleshooting Unsuccessful Project Upgrades.

One of the key things mentioned in the 2nd link I provided is:
The following list describes support in Visual Studio 2015 and Visual Studio 2013 for projects that were created in Visual Studio 2012 or Visual Studio 2010 SP
Therefore I'd recommend upgrading the 2010 version to SP1 first. (if this is still installed that is)
One further thing to note is that if you keep the old version of Visual studio installed you can import a project which is made with an older version and skip the update. Visual studio 2015 will then use parts of the older version itself to open the project.

It appears that there are issues when moving from VS 2010.Net to VS 2015.Net and may require that you build the project from scratch and copy the code over. VS 2015 requires a Namespace. There are a number of designer issues on control that require the style page be used since various attributes have been removed. Something still, however, do work but you need to review the HTML, specifically things like Font and alignment. While it's a pain it isn't a big deal since it requires mostly cut and paste.
If you are having issues converting web projects the projects may have originally been created as a "web site" rather than a "web Project" . Try opening the application as a web site and see what happens. At least that may help get you to the point you can actually get to the code to convert it in VS 2015. Hope this helps.

VS 2013 can be installed side by side with previous versions of Visual Studio or, if you have a VS 2013 pre-release, it can be installed straight over top of the pre-release. TFS 2013 cannot be installed side by side but can also be installed over top of either a previous version (TFS 2012 or TFS 2010) or a pre-release.

Only issue I can see is during uninstallation, where the file associations may get lost.
I was having two installation on my computer. Really no problems.
From personal experience, I've come across multiple issues with using Visual Studio 2012 and prior, while a VS2013 installation exists on a machine.
Some of the issues include built executables failing to launch (double clicking .exe does nothing, but debugging them in VS launches them), and inability to compile solutions that mix C# and C++ projects.
I would avoid 2013 until these issues are resolved, as just having it installed on a machine breaks older code, even if you don't use VS2013.
There are some minor (compatibility) issues between using both VS2010 and VS2012 on the same Solution, but simply having VS2012 installed on your machine won't effect anything in VS2010.
There may be compatibility issues with 2013 Community edition. I had VS 2012 Ultimate and VS 2013 Express installed and working without any issue, but as soon as I installed VS 2013 Community, my VS 2012 Ultimate install has been behaving unusually. When I first open VS 2012 U, there is a really long load time. When I perform some action (open a file, select a menu option, anything actually) I have to minimize and maximize VS 2012 U for the screen to refresh. I am still trying to figure it out myself - so if anyone has a solution, please share.
I am trying to write my first test case using TFS 2010 in VS2010 However Actions and Expected results columns won't allow me to add those steps ... any thing am doing wrong ?

The link is referring to Visual Studio 2012 editions, but it is nearly the same with 2010. This means that those steps can only be done in Microsoft Test Manager, which is part of Ultimate and Test Edition in 2010. In 2012 it is also available in Premium edition.
To solve your problem you need to install the correct edition and than use the Test Manager. There should be also a button in Visual Studio which says "Edit with Microsoft Test Manager".
Were I work we are currently using visual studio 2008 because 2010 did not include the bids stuff, I have now been asked to test out whether 2012 is any better so we have a virtual machine that I've been allowed to work on and we've got visual studio 2012 and 2012 integration services installed on it.
I tried to open one of our solutions which has various report projects in it. When I do this I get a one way upgrade option which I chose and then I get the following:

Microsoft has recently released the tools necessary to open and create .rptproj projects in VS2012: Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools - Business Intelligence for Visual Studio 2012
According to this, it appears that you have to install the client tools for VS2012 (from the SQL2012 installer) in order to get the BIDS bits. Incidentally, installing VS2012 client tools will apparently update both VS2010 and VS2012.
