I want to access admin panel of my web site in phpFox.
In the case of Joomla! websites we can easy to access admin panel through
www.example.com/administrator same way any idea
about phpFox websites?
You can access your admin area in phpfox by using
(1)http://www.example.com/admincp
(2)http://www.example.com/index.php?do=/admincp/

If I have a site at myapp.herokuapp.com and I set it up have a custom domain of app.mydomain.com, will it still be accessible at myapp.herokuapp.com in addition to the custom domain?
Yes, by default you'll be able to access it from both locations...

I am sending a newsletter to users. By default the images don't display in GMail.
Is there any way that if attach the image with email then they can see the image by default in gmail or any other way?
No.
Why would they disable images if you could override them?
