i use debian 6 amd64 for 64 bit
and this make file is for a project call theforgottenserver which is for tibia (game)

mpif90 not found but it's intsalled

I'm trying to run a makefile and came across two errors. When I run make I get this:
$ make
mpif90 -xHost -ip -fpp -O3 -align -I/include/intel64/lp64 -I/include/fftw -c integ-Coul.F
make: mpif90: Command not found
make: *** [makefile:181: integ-Coul.o] Error 127
So, I already have installed openmpi-devel and the file mpif90 it's in the /usr/lib64/openmpi/bin folder, but the error keeps reocurring.
This is the makefile

I don't have much experience so I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you all.
Ps.: my SO is Fedora 32

How to fix GNU/Make "Too many open files. Stop." errors without increasing the open file limit?

I am currently trying to compile a project for an nRF52 board. When using make clean, I get the error message Makefile.common:12: *** Too many open files. Stop. (Line 12 of Makefile.common just says include $(TEMPLATE_PATH)Makefile.posix).
Every solution I can find online to this problem involves increasing the number of files the system can open at once. Unfortunately, I tried increasing it all the way to 20000 (which is apparently enough to overload the memory on my computer), and it still gave the same error message. So I don't think this is a practical solution in my case, and that this problem indicates something wrong with the makefile itself. Is there a culprit that would cause this to happen?
In case it's important, I'm using Ubuntu 18.04. The makefile is pasted below.

The only way I can imagine you getting that error is if you have an include loop in your makefile. That is, either a makefile includes itself, or makefile A has include B and makefile B has include A.
You don't show the content of Makefile.posix but if it includes Makefile.common you could have the latter problem.
Another alternative is based on this in your example which looks wrong:
TEMPLATE_PATH := $(SDK_ROOT)/components/toolchain/gcc/Makefile.common
include $(TEMPLATE_PATH)
then you say in Makefile.common you have:
include $(TEMPLATE_PATH)Makefile.posix
This is wrong since TEMPLATE_PATH is not a directory, it's a file; this would expand to:
include /sdk/root/components/toolchain/gcc/Makefile.commonMakefile.posix
which is clearly wrong.
But consider this: what if you have a trailing space in TEMPLATE_PATH, so it's like this:
TEMPLATE_PATH := $(SDK_ROOT)/components/toolchain/gcc/Makefile.common #<-space here
Note you don't need the comment; make always preserves trailing spaces even if there's nothing else at the end of the line. Then, the include in Makefile.common would expand to this:
include /sdk/root/components/toolchain/gcc/Makefile.common Makefile.posix
which has a makefile including itself, recursively. Eventually you'll run out of open files.

Getting the error "cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option "-std=c++11"" when I run code on Qt creator

I have taken the code from the following source on Github and am trying to run it from Qt on RHEL Red Hat 4.4.7-17:
https://github.com/neveraway/oclJPEGDecoder
I extracted the project folder and ran qmake -projectin it. I opened the files in Qt creator and further modified my .pro file to link OpenCL sources and add the CXX and CFLAGS.
My .pro file looks like this:

I got errors in bitstream.c due to incompatibility with the compiler.
How can I get around this issue? Do I absolutely need to install a new version of g++ to get this code to work? Do I need to include anything in my Makefile?
Please guide me in this matter.
EDIT:

Your 4.4.7 version of gcc is too old to fully enable C++11 features.
You need to upgrade the compiler to a version superior to 4.6 ( at least ) or if it's possible for you, upgrade your distro (let's say RHEL 7) which includes a more recent compiler.

running linker in bare-metal arm example and linker can't find the loader file which exists

I found a bare-metal example for a board different from mine so I will have to modify the loader script but for now I just want to be able to compile and link the example as it is.
I copied the arm-none-eabi cross-compiler to the directory just above c_blinky which is where the source files are.
(I have a diagram of the directory structure on a page on my website)
Here's the makefile:
