I have a maven-project, using "test"-phase as well as "integration-test"-phase. In the test-phase, JUnit-Tests are executed, in integration-test there are HTMLUnit-tests. I am using Jacoco[1]-maven-plugin in purpose to measure the codecoverage done by the JUnit-tests of my project. When doing integration-test, I am using maven-embedded-glassfish-plugin to start a glassfish-server and deploy my app before executing the tests.
Sad but true, I have to disable jacoco for time being, as it does not harmony with "integration-test"-phase.
Jacoco's report goal is / should be exceucted at prepare-package-phase, so I assume that it should not influence integration-test-phase. But when I enable jacoco:report, my integration-tests do not run any more because of memory-size problems[2].
How do I stop jacoco:report influencing the integration-test-phase?

Ok, so I see the problem.
The method jjMoveNfa_0 of class
http://grepcode.com/file/repo1.maven.org/maven2/net.sourceforge.cssparser/cssparser/0.9.5/com/steadystate/css/parser/SACParserCSS21TokenManager.java
is insanely long with 4203 loc. So the solution for you should be to avoid instrumentation on this class.

StackTrace Included. I tried replacing body mock with this when(requestBodySpec.body(any())).thenReturn(requestHeadersSpec); as well. But no use. I think the problem is in mocking Mono.just object. Not sure what could be the issue. If there are different ways to mock mono.just object seperately and pass, please let me know.
As I am new to Mockito, and consider the time I got to fix this, I couldn't explore commented options.
I could fix this by changing this line:

When I've seen "java.lang.NoSuchMethodError" it's because the compiled library and what's there at runtime don't match.
Mostly I've seen it due to mixing a group of libraries. Make sure your spring libraries are all the same etc.

My filter was implementing javax.servlet.Filter, not sure what was causing the issue but I eventually later extended org.springframework.web.filter.GenericFilterBean and the error vanished.

It seems that the test that runs first creates an instance of the datasource and the other tests failed to register the object in the JMX.
I have seen solutions like adding the annotation
#EnableMBeanExport(registration= RegistrationPolicy.IGNORE_EXISTING)
which fix the problem, however it doesn't seem correct. Also, if I have a lot of tests then the database will start refusing connections at some point.

Any idea what I am missing here?
Your problem is caused probably by trying to serialise ByteBuffers. They are not serialisable and you need to convert them to arrays of bytes.
