Within the last 2 weeks, Moonshado has ceased functioning for my app.
error is: "Account getaddrinfo: Name or service not known"
heroku dashboard shows my moonshado addin is "deprecated" .. what does that mean? I haven't received any information about that and I am still being charged for the addin.
clicking the moonshado link on my heroku dashboard page fails with error: "The server at heroku.moonshado.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. "
$ curl http://<API KEY>#heroku.moonshado.com
curl: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'heroku.moonshado.com'
$ nslookup heroku.moonshado.com
** server can't find heroku.moonshado.com.gateway.xxxxx.net: REFUSED
phone call to Moonshado contact number (800) 971-3106 hangs up after 3 rings.
Moonshado seems to be unresponsive - their website seems only half functional, and they've been removed from the add ons catalog: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/moonshadosms
I noticed that my Moonshado using Heroku app stopped working recently and contacted Heroku support who just told me:
Hey Ben,
Moonshado stopped working a few hours into February. You'll find on
your Feb invoice that we switched you to the free plan effective the
1st of the month so that you incurred no further charges, and in March
we deprovisioned the add-on entirely.
Best,
G
Hopefully Heroku will arrange an sms add-on with some other provider.

I live in China, so I can't load the website heroku for a long time. Finally, the loading failed. I tried to use VPN in Japan and the United States, but it still can't solve my problem. I logged in in CMD, but he showed an IP error. Can you help me? Thank you!
I hope to quickly load and successfully wait for my heroku website
My iOS app has suddenly started giving this error message when logging in or creating a new user in the app:
[Error]: {"code":1,"message":"Internal server error."} (Code: 1, Version: 1.15.4)
Here is the pickle. The app works fine on an earlier version (version 4.4.0) that I have on my iPad. Here I can log in and create a user, and I can add items and delete items while in sync with the server. In the new version of the app (4.4.1) nothing has changed with regards to the code on my login page. I can still fetch data from the server in the app as well, but logging in and creating a user gives the internal server error.
I got my server on Heroku and the database on MongoDB. The database is available and running. However, the server Heroku got several failed throughputs (5xx code) during a day. This says to me that something is going on with the server side of things.
Does anyone know where to turn to next? I can't seem to get my head around where the issue is rising from. I have already sent a mail to Heroku, so I'll make an update when I receive an answer.
But basically, I need help to know what would be my next step to figure out what is causing the error?
I'm getting a weird issue since last night testing with Parse. I was able to send push notifications just fine but now none of my push notifications are being delivered when I send them via the parse push notification tool online.
Edited Ok so it seems this is only an issue for local environment. When I test push notifications going to my test app installed via test flight it seems ok. I checked and I have both the prod and the dev apple certificates in my account...
The delivery report is not very helpful either. Here is the message it gives me
Any idea what is going on? Is anyone else experiencing this? Below is my payload
Ok this was a certificate issue. Seems like Apple revoked my certificate for some reason (no clue why since it had over 11 months left on it).
I went through and created a new development certificate and the rest as covered in this article and boom it works!

hej,
since march we got some troubles with our deployments on our windows azure server.
It seems that the deployments doesn't work and because sometimes it works sometimes not i don't get it.
Some kind of error i saw on my windows azure dashboard -> deployments:
"Response status code does not indicate success: 500 (Internal Server Error)."
or
"Host key verification failed. fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly"
i tried to restart the server or make new commits to github or simply redeploy or disconnect and reconnect to github. At the moment nothing works. There is a development server and a live server. Both contains the exact similiar version of the website (written in node.js). i've checked it a lot of times. Deployment with the development version works fine. live dont.
Do you have any suggestions? I have no idea where to start :-(
If it's a web role you can check the iisnode/ folder, should contain the log files. They can also be accessed with the emulator running, try
http://127.0.0.1:81/iisnode/
Recently we moved hosting providers and our Sage Pay module started throwing an error, once you try to submit a payment.
Sage pay error log contains:
The error details are: 2003 : An ERROR has occurred on the Sage Pay System.
Has anyone experienced this error before?
[Magento ver. 1.5.1.0]
You've changed host so your site is now on a new IP - the IP for the old server is the one which is listed in the MySagePay panel, so you need to login to Sage and change it to the IP for your new server. That's my guess anyway.
