I'm trying to use JMS Point-to-Point in JMeter to send messages to a SI bus queue in Websphere.
I'm fairly certain I have the following correct:
QueueConnection Factory
JNDI name Request queue
JNDI Properties, Initial Context Factory set to com.ibm.websphere.naming.WsnInitialContextFactory
I have guessed the URL:
iiop://ipaddressofWebSphereServer:2809
When I run the sampler I get the following error in the jmeter.log:
2013/03/14 09:09:01 ERROR - jmeter.protocol.jms.sampler.JMSSampler: Error getting WsnNameService properties javax.naming.NamingException: Error getting WsnNameService properties [Root exception is org.omg.CORBA.TRANSIENT: initial and forwarded IOR inaccessible vmcid: IBM minor code: E07 completed: No]

Elastic Sink Connector Version : 11.1.10
Elastic Search Version : 8.2.2
Elasticsearch version 8 is not supported by the Confluent Elasticsearch Sink Connector Version 11.1.10 so most likely that it is why it can't parse the Elasticsearch response properly
As of version 11.0.0, the connector uses the Elasticsearch High Level REST Client (version 7.0.1), which means only Elasticsearch 7.x is supported.

I'm running into a problem with Quarkus Reactive when running load tests. It seems connections aren't freed up fast enough.
The endpoint basically does a database lookup by a received code, and then stores a new event with the entity as a relation.
#GET
#PermitAll
#Path("s/")
#Produces(MediaType.TEXT_PLAIN)
public Uni<Response> request(#PathParam("code") String code) {
return myService.fetchEntityByCode(code)
.onItem().invoke(entity-> {
//persist the events here
persist(SomeEvent.builder().entity(entity).build());
})
.onItem().transform(entity-> {
Response.ResponseBuilder builder = new ResponseBuilderImpl();
//do some other things to build the response
return builder.build();
});
private void persist(MyEvent myEvent) {
Panache.withTransaction(myEvent::persist)
.onFailure().invoke(throwable -> log.error("Persisting failed", throwable))
.subscribe().with(p -> {
//just a dummy subscriber to get "fire&forget" behaviour
});
}
When I run the load test with k6, I'm getting the error below. I'm assuming this is related because connections are not freed up again, and then after a while there are problems creating new connections to the database.
2022-01-30 17:04:04,865 DEBUG [org.hib.res.jdb.int.LogicalConnectionManagedImpl] (vert.x-eventloop-thread-6) `hibernate.connection.provider_disables_autocommit` was enabled. What am I missing?
I'm using ActiveMQ to send files from an application to another and I've encountered this error when the consumer attempt to connect at ActiveMQ server.
Here is the connect method
public void connect()
{
connectionFactory = new ActiveMQConnectionFactory(
"tcp://" + Configuration.getInstance().getServerAddress() +
":61616?jms.blobTransferPolicy.defaultUploadUrl=" + "http://" +
Configuration.getInstance().getServerAddress() + ":8161/fileserver/"
+ "&connectionTimeout=0&soTimeout=0&soWriteTimeout=0"
+ "&useInactivityMonitor=false");
try
{
connection = connectionFactory.createConnection();
session = (ActiveMQSession) connection.createSession(false,
Session.AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE);
destination = session.createQueue(Configuration.getInstance().getQueueName());
consumer = session.createConsumer(destination);
connection.start();
// System.out.println("Consumer connected");
} catch (JMSException e) {
logger.error("PACS", e);
e.printStackTrace();
}
}
This is exactly the same method I use to connect the producer to ActiveMQ and in that case it works perfectly, at the consumer side I have the following error:

I have seek in the web for this error but I have not found the '49' value.
Anyone has encountered my situation or knows the cause/solution of this problem?
Thanks in advice and sorry for my not perfect English
double-check your ActiveMQ versions, it almost appears that the client is more recent than the server and when they're negotiating the protocol the client sends something not understood by the server and the exception is thrown
I work at Apple and we are working on the prototype using WSO2 ESB with Data Services Feature. I am using WSO2 ESB 4.0.3 with DSS feature. I have deployed data service and calling the data service from proxy service in ESB. I am using MAC OS X 10.7.4 and java version details are as below.
java version "1.6.0_31"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_31-b04-415-11M3635)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.6-b01-415, mixed mode)
My DS service is expecting certain parameter say parameter A and I do not pass that this parameter in the Input XML I see following error on the WSO2 ESB console.

</Exception></soapenv:Detail></soapenv:Fault></soapenv:Body></soapenv:Envelope>
Looking at the SOAP fault I have to return the error message to client but even thought the correct error message must "Parameter Missing" SOAP fault's reason text is "javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException"
Is there any thing wrong I am doing or is it BUG in DSS?
By looking at the stacktrace, I can see that you've enabled the SOAP tracer in invoking the service, disable the SOAP tracer and you should get the proper fault message.
Cheers,
Anjana.
As error message explains itself, it is expecting input parameters, which is not coming int the request. It can be fixed by two ways:
Passing empty tag from ESB without value.
Set default value in DSS.
First option works with all versions, here is the example for setting default value.
<payloadFactory media-type="xml">
<format>
<ds:DATA_SERVICE_REQUST xmlns:ds="http://ws.wso2.org/dataservice">
<ds:INPUT_PARAM_1>$1</ds:INPUT_PARAM_1>
</ds:DATA_SERVICE_REQUST>
</format>
<args>
<arg xmlns:ds="http://ws.wso2.org/dataservice" evaluator="xml" expression="get-property('INPUT_PARAMETER')"/>
</args>
</payloadFactory>
<call>
<endpoint>
<address uri="DSS_END_POINT"/>
</endpoint>
</call>
For 2nd option, please check your DSS version if this supports null values
Latest Version of DSS Supports default parameter values in the query param list.
Could you please give a try by adding defaultValue="#{NULL}" in query param list in your data service (dbs) file?
<query id="QUERY-ID" useConfig="DATA-SOURCE-ID">
<sql>-------------SQL QUERY HERE -----</sql>
<result ----------- >
<element ------------ />
</result>
<param defaultValue="#{NULL}" name="PARAM-NAME" ordinal="1" sqlType="INTEGER"/>
</query>
If this issue is still not resolved then it would be good if you can provide your API details.
I'm building a monitoring application as a servlet running on my websphere 7 ND deployment manager. The tool uses JMX to query the deployment manager for various data. Global Security is enabled on the dmgr.
I'm having problems getting this to work however. My first attempt was to use the websphere client code:
String sslProps = "file:" + base +"/properties/ssl.client.props";
System.setProperty("com.ibm.SSL.ConfigURL", sslProps);
String soapProps = "file:" + base +"/properties/soap.client.props";
System.setProperty("com.ibm.SOAP.ConfigURL", pp);
Properties connectProps = new Properties();
connectProps.setProperty(AdminClient.CONNECTOR_TYPE, AdminClient.CONNECTOR_TYPE_SOAP);
connectProps.setProperty(AdminClient.CONNECTOR_HOST, dmgrHost);
connectProps.setProperty(AdminClient.CONNECTOR_PORT, soapPort);
connectProps.setProperty(AdminClient.CONNECTOR_SECURITY_ENABLED, "true");
AdminClient adminClient = AdminClientFactory.createAdminClient(connectProps) ;
This results in the following exception:

So, I then tried to do it via RMI, but adding in the sas.client.properties to the environment, and setting the connectort type in the code to CONNECTOR_TYPE_RMI. Now though I got a NameNotFoundException out of CORBA:
Caused by: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context: , name: JMXConnector: First component in name JMXConnector not found. [Root exception is org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFound: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0]
To see if it was an IBM issue, I tried using the standard JMX connector as well with the same result (substitute AdminClient for JMXConnector in the above error)
JMXServiceURL url = new JMXServiceURL("service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/JMXConnector");
Hashtable h = new Hashtable();
String providerUrl = "corbaloc:iiop:" + dmgrHost + ":" + rmiPort + "/WsnAdminNameService";
h.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, providerUrl);
// Specify the user ID and password for the server if security is enabled on server.
String[] credentials = new String[] { "***", "***" };
h.put("jmx.remote.credentials", credentials);
// Establish the JMX connection.
JMXConnector jmxc = JMXConnectorFactory.connect(url, h);
// Get the MBean server connection instance.
mbsc = jmxc.getMBeanServerConnection();
At this point, in desperation I wrote a wsadmin sccript to run both the RMI and SOAP methods. To my amazement, this works fine. So my question is, why does the code not work in a servlet installed on the dmgr ?
regards,
Trevor
For the SOAP error, the ConnectException looks like the wrong SOAP host/port was used for the dmgr. I would double-check the server logs for the SOAP port. For the RMI error (NameNotFoundException), it looks like you're trying to use JMXConnectorFactory, which isn't supported by WAS.
If your application is installed on the dmgr, it's probably easiest to just use AdminServiceFactory.getAdminService to get an in-process reference to the AdminService rather than trying to open a new connection to the same process:
