How to use the JqGrid - jqgrid

I have a simple table, how do I use JqGrid for it? I downloaded the plugin, but don't know how to use it.
<table id="table-to-grid">
<tr>
<td>something</td>
<td>something else</td>
</tr>
</table>

Silly me, I didn't include headings and tbody>. It works now.
<table id="table-to-grid">
<tr>
<th>Heading 1</th>
<th>Heading 2</th>
</tr>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>something</td>
<td>something else</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

I don't recommend you to use tableToGrid. You should better use grid with datatype: "local", data: mydata options where mydata represents the input data. You have to specify colModel which describe the columns of the grid (name, sort type, format etc). It's important to divide pure data which need be placed in the grid from the presentation of the data. For example you can display boolean data as checkboxes. You need just add formatter: "checkbox" property in the definition of the corresponding column.

PowerApps: Use HTML to modify form display in model-driven apps?

I need to modify the format of a form in a model-driven app to make it more readable/intuitive. Currently, the form looks like this:
I tried to use a web resource to create a simple HTML table with <script> and Xrm.Page.getAttribute() to pull in the relevant fields under the planned and actual columns, but that isn't working. I set the dependencies and assigned it to the proper form element, but no luck. The code that I used is this:
<div>
<table>
<tr>
<td><u>Tasks</u></td>
<td><u>Planned</u></td>
<td><u>Actual</u></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Task 1</td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[plannedField_1]")</script></td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[actualField_1]")</script></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Task 2</td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[plannedField_2]")</script></td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[actualField_2]")</script></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Task 3</td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[plannedField_3]")</script></td>
<td><script>Xrm.Page.getAttribute("[actualField_3]")</script></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
Is this a valid way to modify form output, or is there another/better way to do this that doesn't involve creating an elaborate solution with dynamically scripted HTML?
Uncheck the Display label on the form for one of the controls.

How to get rows from table with specific header using Xpath

I need to get all rows in an HTML table:
<table>
<thead>
<tr>
<th>Name</th>
<th>Location</th>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>Dunkin Donuts</td><td>2 York Ave</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
Since there are many tables in the page I want to get the rows from this specific table.
Here is my Xpath:
table[tr/th/text()="Location"]//tr
I also tried:
table[tr/th[2]/text()="Location"]//tr
No elements are returned. Ideas on how I might get this to work?
Maybe your context node has no table children. You can fix this by globally selecting all table elements with //table. You also did not take the thead and tbody elements into account. Doing so results in the following XPath expression:
//table[thead/tr/th/text()="Location"]/tbody/tr

How to select all the rows from a table with specific text in its header with xpath

I'm new to Xpath and I'm trying to get all the rows from a specific table on a wikipedia article that has many tables, luckily the table I want has the text "PosiciĆ³n" in one of the th elements inside it's header, how can I achieve this?
I am using C# to achieve this, any help and tips will be greatly appreciated :)
<table>
<thead>
<tr>
<th>Something</th>
<th>PosiciĆ³n</th>
<th>Something</th>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>info1</td>
<td>info2</td>
<td>info3</td>
</tr>
... more trs
</tbody>
</table>

How to turn a table into a single block of text with scrapy

I am trying to scrape a table which looks like the below.
<table class="table">
<caption>Caption</caption>
<tbody>
<tr>
<th scope="row">Title</th>
<td>Detail</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<th scope="row">Title 2</th>
<td>Detail 2</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
How would you set up scrapy so my output file generates an output similar to the below?!
Title: Detail
Title2: Detail2
Currently I can get all the text using two css selectors (one for the td's and one for the th's) but I would love to be able to combine these!
Unfortunately the number of rows differs from page to page..
Using xpath:
tabledata={}
for i in response.xpath("//table[#class='table']//tr")
tabledata[i.xpath("th/text()").extract_first()] = i.xpath("td/text()").extract_first()
Output
{"Title":"Detail", "Title 2":"Detail 2"}

PDF Layout with MigraDoc

I am trying to achieve following matrix kind of layout:
TABLE1,1 TABLE1,2
CHART2,1 TABLE2,2
TABLE3 --> occupies whole row
CHART4 --> ocupies whole row
CHART5,1 CHART5,2
................. List goes on...
These components may span over multiple pages. What is the best way to have them side by side and still be able to view them in MigraDoc.
CHART5,1 could be a combination of 4 charts in one cell.
In HTML view I can use following analogy:
<TABLE>
<TR>
<TD>TABLE1,1</TD> <TD>TABLE1,2 </TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD>CHART2,1</TD> <TD>TABLE2,2 </TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD>TABLE3</TD colspan =2>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD>CHART4</TD colspan =2>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD>CHART5,1</TD> <TD>CHART5,2 </TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>
The MigraDoc equivalent for colspan=2 is MergeRight=1. This is a property of the Cell class.
