I use Spring and Vaadin. I need to test my application to know how it'll be working after release. I'm looking for some free tool which can generate some fake traffic and if possible give me some statistics (like response time, number of responses handled in an hour). Do you know any tools which can provide that? Are they provide any control what exactly will be executed (which button clicked, which pages entered)?

Look at JMeter It is dedicated to emulate static and dynamic loading.

I'm really amazed with reactive extensions library created by Microsoft and the MVVM framework 'reactiveui' build on top of it. I would love to use it in my project, but I cannot find any examples of using it in standard applications. I've seen Paul's (creator) blog posts, but what I need is not samples of codes, but sample application.
I want to build windows phone7/ windows 8 application with Reactive-UI, but I would like to know how to exactly use it in the there (not dry 3lines of usage example).
Please let me know if you know any open source examples, where Reactive-UI has been used.
You can check this GitHub repo
In the ReactiveUI.Sample.WP7 folder you can find the Sample application.

There is a new Agile software tool on the Market. It is very lightweight and easy to use. I cannot remember the name of it and it is not coming up in any of my searches. I want to say its called velocity or something. But I cant seem to get it down. If anyone know's what I am talking about then please reply.
Maybe you are talking about Upvise (http://upvise.com/)
"Upvise provides mobile on-demand sync & collaboration software and hosted services for small businesses. With Upvise, you can organize and share information with your co-workers, and sync data between all the mobile phones and web accounts in your company."

I have kept on searching for flight searching extension for a while and I can not find the joomla flight search extension (no need booking function).
Where can I find it?
Should I start learning php, xml, mysql to build an extension? I have a little programming background.
There isn't one that I know of. You will have to pick an API that works for you and write a component to query it. This is a little dated but the info and links are accurate for finding a flight search API - http://blog.programmableweb.com/2007/10/29/5-travel-apis-from-comparison-to-booking/

I have a presentation due in about three hours and rather than handing in something I drew in pencil, I'd rather turn in something nicer to the client.
Is there something out there that lets me pick and drag common controls to create mockups?
balsamiq

Balsamiq, hands down.
Visio isn't bad if your willing to pay for something. It comes with widgets that resemble actual windows components.

Can anybody tell me,which tool is better.QTP or Jmeter?
Thanks in Advance.
Yes for learning a tool to do functional testing, load testing and performance testing for the web-applications written in any current programming language as in OP's comment, JMeter is a quick and easy and free tool to use.
You can point at any web application and record a script and just follow the instructions from the user manual
