I am very keen to know how to find the Joomla template a website is using.
Can I find which Joomla template is used by maxhealthcare.in ?
I think that the template name you are looking for is Beez5
You can view it on the URL http://www.maxhealthcare.in/templates/beez5/css/beez5.css as after templates root, it comes the folder beez5 so that would be the name you are looking for.
Follow this link to go to the Templates page at Joomler.Net
Please note that you will need to match the template version with your Joomla version.

I am working with giftcard and I want to investigate some behavior of giftcards. Being new to magento I am not sure where to start looking for a url
http://mysite.com/index.php/myspecificfolder/giftcardaccount/new
I am not sure what giftcardaccount is ? is it a folder or an action?
Also would be interested in "new"

giftcardaccount is a controller.
Look in: /app/code/core/Enterprise/GiftCardAccount/controllers/Adminhtml/GiftcardaccountController.php
The URL maps to the newAction() method.

You do understand that there is no straight answer for that.
What you are asking for involves modifying several core files and functionality. Maybe you would be interested in an already free available solution something like this:

There are other solutions with payment if you want too :)

Where can I get the latest taglib.framework which I need to be used in cocoa?
taglib does not have an Objective-C specific API, but you could use the C API. There is is an OS X framework build listed on their homepage homepage.
Edit: thanks for pointing out the framework build listed at the bottom of the homepage.

I am looking for a free image gallery extension which I can integrate in Joomla 1.5. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

The place to start is the Joomla Extensions Directory. It currently has 42 (!) offerings in the category of "photo gallery", most of which are free. Check them out.
If you don't know which to choose, start with the Very Simple Image Gallery; it may well do just what you need (you haven't specified any detailed requirements).
