Visual Studio 2012 SSRS connection to Claims based SharePoint site? - visual-studio-2010

I have a sharePoint Web Application using claims based.
On My development Client (Visual studio 2012 and business Intelligence 2012) I'm trying to make a connection to a sharePoint list with the user/password it's telling me Forbidden 403. I've also tried integrated but it tells me that is integrated not supported for this connection type (XML and/or SharePoint List)
Is there any way to connect to this SharePoint 2010 list under Claims based from SSRS 2012 Dev client?
I'm sure I'll have another set of issues once the report is deployed. Like if I can get a native SSRS server (not SP integrated) to use Claims based.. seperate questions I know, but will it be possible (thinking ahead here) to have an SPO 2013 site on the cloud displaying local SSRS report (not hosted in SharePoint) within SP webparts without a prompt for security?

SharePoint Server Subscription Edition cannot connect with Visual Studio 2022

I am not able to connect SharePoint Server SE to Visual Studio 2022.
So, I am getting this error when I am trying to create a new SharePoint empty project from visual studio
I have checked those steps:
Run VS as administrator 2.The user is set as sysadmin of the SQLServer, as well as db_owner of the following DBs.
a. WSS_Content
b. Sharepoint_Admin_Content
c. Sharepoint_Config
The user is owner of the SP and has full control.
The site is added to the IIS host file.
I have cleared VS cache.
This also occur when I am trying to import SharePoint Solution File. (.wsp)
I am using SharePoint Server Subscription Edition and Visual Studio 2022 Community.
Note: I checked SharePoint Server 2019 and Visual Studio 2019 and this combination works fine.
Thanks,
Please try to make sure below:
This http://testnet is accessible in browser
Did you enabled any Alternate access mapping or any entry in host file
Create New Website via SharePoint Central Admin and try again.
Deploy the same solution with different Web Applications URL.

Visual Studio using wrong credentials to access Team Foundation server

I have been given the task of taking a project that has been lying in mothballs (active, just no active development) since 2013, and bring it up to current standards.
It is currently using Microsoft Server 2012, SQL Server 2014, ASP.NET 4.0 and was written using the ASP.NET MVC design pattern.
The code is currently in a Team Foundation Server 2012 repository. I'm trying to connect to it through Visual Studio 2022, and it is telling me that the repository is not found.
I can access the repository through my browser, so I know I have the URL right, and I changed my source control plug-in in Visual Studio to Team Foundation Server.
When I try to clone the repository, it prompts me for my credentials, and then a few seconds later, I get an error message that the repository doesn't exist.
I've both changed and removed my TFS credentials under Control Panel->User Accounts-Manage User Credentials.
Any ideas?

Not able to modify tables on remote SQL Server 2012 database

I have Visual Studio 2010 installed on my Windows 10 PC. My website is on a shared hosting environment and utilizes a SQL Server 2012 database.
The hosting provider doesn't have web interface to manage database so I connect from the Visual Studio 2010 itself for management purposes.
Right now I am able to connect to the database and run my website locally but when I attempt to open table definition, I get this error:
This server version is not supported. Only servers up to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 are supported
Before upgrading to Windows 10, I was able to edit/add tables from Visual Studio 2010 Server explorer but now limited to read purposes only. This Windows 10 and Visual Studio is completely fresh install with nothing kept or saved from earlier windows version. I don't remember if I installed any SQL Server 2012 tools in earlier windows for managing the database from Server Explorer in Visual Studio.
I have searched a lot and even tried installing SQL Server 2012 Express which failed. Now, I am downloading SQL Server 2012 Management Studio from the same link to see if that will work. It will download in an hour or so but I don't remember downloading it earlier so wanted to ask you what can be done.
All I want is the ability to add/modify tables of SQL Server 2012 database from Server Explorer in Visual Studio 2010. Please tell me how can that be done and which tools are required for this purpose.

Does TFS under the VS2012 shell offer more than limited access?

I am using VS2010 with access to TFS via the VS2012 shell. Looking around on the web version that usually offers rich functionality I am unable to view the kanban board and graphs. Will I need a higher level of access or does this installation not allow these?
From http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd997788.aspx:
"When you connect to a more recent version of TFS than that of the client that you run, you’ll only be able to access those features supported by your client. For example, if you connect Visual Studio 2010 to TFS 2013, you can perform the same functions as if you connected to TFS 2010. You can’t access any new features that Visual Studio 2010 doesn’t support."

Setting up Visual Studio with a cloud based SharePoint site

I have a SharePoint site on the cloud where I access it through a URL like this one;
https://exampleemeamicrosoftonlinecom-1.sharepoint.emea.microsoftonline.com
I can also edit the site with SharePoint Designer by pointing to the same URL.
I'm at the stage in the project where I want to do some specific things so I am going to use Visual Studio, but I don't know how to set up Visual Studio with a cloud based SharePoint site? When I go to add a SharePoint site I get the following error;
A SharePoint server is not installed on this computer. A SharePoint server must be installed to work with SharePoint projects.
I also tried to add the URL as a server in Visual Studio but I get the error;
Server name "https://exampleemeamicrosoftonlinecom-1.sharepoint.emea.microsoftonline.com" could not be found. Make sure the server name is correct.
I have SharePoint Designer working with the SharePoint site, why won't Visual Studio work?
Visual Studio 2010 does not support remote development.
