Weblogic 10.3.5 - Thread dump - weblogic-10.x

I'm working with weblogic 10.3.5 under windows 7.
With one of my applications, I've got a problem when shutting donw the server :
<06-mai-2013 9 h 48 min 37 s CEST> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000378> <Server failed to shutdown within the configured timeout of 30 seconds. The server process will exit now.>
<06-mai-2013 9 h 48 min 37 s CEST> <Error> <> <BEA-000000> <THREAD DUMP from JVM taken at 'Mon May 06 09:48:37 2013'
And I don't know how to go further to find the solution ...
Where is the thread dump ?

Are these messages concerning?
Let me know if there's any optimization to be carried out in terms of settings.
The first set of informational messages is related to Redis persistence: it appears your Redis node is configured to save the database to disk if 300 seconds elapsed and it surpassed 10 write operations against it. You can change that according to your needs through the Redis configuration file.
The message LOADING Redis is loading the dataset in memory, on the other side, is an error message received while attempting to connect to a Redis instance which is loading its dataset in memory: that occurs during the startup for standalone servers and master nodes or when replicas reconnect and fully resynchronize with master. If you are seeing this error too often and not right after a system restart, I would suggest to check your system log files and learn why your Redis instance is restarting or resynchronizing (depending on your topology).

Weblogic AdminServer Stuck at startup

I have a weblogic server running on AWS. I took a AMI backup of it and created a new instance from the AMI.
In the new instance, when I try to start the weblogic, It stuck at following state.
<Dec 11, 2018 12:00:01 AM IST> <Info> <Management> <BEA-141107> <Version: WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0 Tue Nov 15 08:52:36 PST 2011 1441050 >

Also see thread dump of the JVM at https://pastebin.com/D9MYSvBj
Any help would highly appreciated.

Issue fixed.
From the thread dump, I found following

Did some search in Google and found a solution to change following line in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/java.security
From
securerandom.source=file:/dev/urandom
To
securerandom.source=file:/dev/./urandom
And restarted weblogic fixed the issue.

As you can see in the stacktrace, all classes involved are weblogic's classes and no class from my project.
Does anyone have an idea for this problem ?
Thanks in advance
I finally got the solution from Oracle :
Cause
The InvalidPointcutException was raised because of java.lang.ClassCastException message: "antlr.CommonToken cannot be cast to
antlr.Token".
The reason being the jar antlr-2.7.6.jar packaged with the ear file conflicting with the default class loader
Solution
Add the parameter -DANTLR_USE_DIRECT_CLASS_LOADING=true to last occurence of JAVA_OPTIONS in setDomainEnv.cmd file
Stop all the servers
rename tmp and cache folders under each server directory.
Restart the servers.
Deploy the application

CouchDB 1.6.1 on Windows 08 r2 - os_process_error exit status 1

I have an installation of couchdb which has been working well for a few weeks now. Today it started to throw an os_process_error exit status 1 when attempting to look at any view. The documents in the DB are very small and the views a quite simple. Total DB size is 20mb, largest document is 2mb, i have noticed that the ERL process pegs the CPU at 99%.
I've looked at:
CouchDB delay building index (CouchDB 1.5.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2)
Specific couchdb views suddenly start timing out
I've increased my time out to 50000 seconds, then lowered it to 500 to see if i could find the document which was killing everything but nothing shows up. Stale views still work as well.

I figured this out but I am not sure why it happened. There was a HUGE document 57mb which had been uploaded to the DB but it was not visible in Futon or anywhere else.
I only found it after digging into the debug log further. I could not access the document via a CURL Get. I ended up having to use CURL -X DELETE with the specific revision then a purge to get rid of the document. Soon as the document was deleted everything worked as expected.

Unable to start Apache Tomcat server while start up

When I try to start Apache tomcat 7.0.26 server is not starting. This is first time.
console message as follows :
Mar 7, 2012 12:06:18 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start
INFO: Server startup in 470 ms
It has been started and the starting process took 470 ms.
That's what the message says.
I have the suspicion that you didn't even bother to check the url of web management to see if Tomcat is up or not.
