Installing the Zerigo Addon causes an Application Error - heroku

Just went to add the Zerigo addon to a new app in the European region on Heroku, but it fails:
From command line:
$ heroku addons:add zerigo_dns:basic
Gets me:
Adding zerigo_dns:basic on unwalked... failed
! Application error
And trying to install from the addons panel gets me:

The Zerigo add-on is currently only available in the US Region.

heroku create error
I'm trying to learn ruby on rail and I followed the heroku steps to the t.
when I enter "heroku create" i get the error message in the img.
I had the same error on Windows. I guess my installed version of the Heroku CLI was outdated because all I did was uninstall and reinstall the Heroku CLI and everything is working again.

Heroku CLI error - "cli.Spinner is not a function"

I am getting the following message when I try to load a rails console in heroku:
→ heroku run rails console -a myapp
▸ cli.Spinner is not a function

It has worked for me in the past but now I get this error. I've reinstalled the Heroku CLI using both the Heroku provided package and with brew install heroku. I am able to use the CLI for logs with heroku logs -a myapp. Any thoughts about what might be the issue?
You can fix this by removing your ~/.heroku directory and running heroku update. If you have manually installed plugins you will have to manually reinstall them.
This solution actually works in linux. A friend next to me have the issue, and we just remove the ~/.heroku and run heroku again, because all the files were deleted is just install all the updates.

Setting up Heroku for Neo4J

When I use the command heroku addons create:graphenedb --version v195. It gives error "No app specified , Run this command from an app folder or specify which app to use." I am new to Heroku and I do not understand which app folder it is talking about.
If you're not in your project folder or if it doesn't have a git remote to point it to Heroku you need to use the --app flag for the heroku command to specify the name of your app on Heroku

heroku startup "error loading plugin commands", "heroku local web" fails

OK I fixed the problem. It is failing because it is trying to rename to an existing file, once I deleted the file it was able to proceed installing the plugins and now everything is fine.
Trying to get started with Node.js on Heroku. I really don't think I can add any more details than the commands and output, but the site won't let me post unless I add more verbiage.

Heroku toolbelt does not have permission to write to the .heroku folder on your machine. You can try using sudo but I would suggest you chown the home folder for your user to run it without using sudo

How to configure StrongLoop Heroku add-on for a LoopBack site?

I followed the instructions for deploying a loopback app to Heroku, applying the buildpack as stated:
$ heroku apps:create --buildpack https://github.com/strongloop/strongloop-buildpacks.git
$ git push heroku master
The site runs on $ heroku open, but there is no StrongLoop add-on with the Strong Ops control panel. $ heroku addons:open strongloop message is ! Addon not installed: strongloop
Is there a problem with the buildpack, or do I need to do something else to get the Strong Ops panel configured?
You'll want to run
$heroku addons:add strongloop
Following that you should see Strongloop (StrongOps) add-on in your Resources tab on your Heroku dashboard. You can open it from there or you can open it from your terminal:
$heroku addons:open strongloop
Try running:
$ heroku addons:add strongloop
