I'm using using maven spring, and trying to run an authorization for this. It's built successfully, but when I deploy it on the server, server jboss7 it give the above error. Any ideas?

I would first address the NoClassDefFoundError, see the bottom of your stack trace:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/ws/rs/NotAuthorizedException
Seems like you're missing the library JAX-RS in the classpath. Add it as dependency via Maven and see what comes up next.
