I've just installed the Samsung smarttv SDK and eclipse works fine, but when i click Run Samsung Smart TV Emulator, nothing happens. The first time I ran it it ask me to accept some agreements so i did. Then i tried starting it again but nothing happened. Also when i click on the emulator alone i get an error saying "The application has failed to start because its side-to-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more information"

Now the project is successfully created/updated in SonarQube; but, the issues are not reported in SonarQube. Someone would be able to suggest on what could be the reason?

Note-1: sonar.cxx.suffixes.sources is configured to ".cc" value for C++ (Community) plugin in SonarQube server configuration. And, there are no other plugin seen present with the same configuration key.
Note-2: There are no errors/warnings seen in ce.log
The issue cause is found after doing some more digging.
Issue cause: The default quality profile corresponding to the C++ (Community) had their all rules disabled by default, and there was no option to enable them as well.
Fix: Created a new quality profile extending the default one, then enabled rules for that, and finally made it as the default quality profile for C++ (Community) solves the issue.
Update (16-Feb-'21): Got a clarification from sonar-cxx team that this is intentional as well, and the same is documented in https://github.com/SonarOpenCommunity/sonar-cxx/wiki/Manage-Quality-Profiles
Since the cxx plugin contains a large number of sensors with over 4000
rules, all rules are initially deactivated in the default profile
Sonar way for the programming language CXX. Enabling all rules would
have a negative impact on the analysis performance and mostly only a
subset is needed.
Therefore, after installation, no sensor issues are displayed. To
display issues, the corresponding rules must first be enabled in the
Quality Profile being used by the project.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro fresh after a computer restore, so it's been factory reset.
I download the Oracle package and extract all the files and run the setup file and the program just quits on its own running the Prerequisite check with no error diaglogues or anything

I'm generally a Linux user and have no familiarity with Windows -- could anyone help me figure out what my problems are?
I already upgraded to MacOS Sierra and my Netbeans 8.0.2 throw an error when I try to run Glassfish.
Please check server admin user name and password properties.
Also please check the server log file for other possible causes.
I tried all posibles solutions that I found in stackoverflow but nothing worked.

To me, it looks like the dependence on version 762 is being "upgraded" to version 4940, whereas the dependence on 5592 obviously cannot be.
I've copied the "Microsoft.VC80.CRT" folder, containing version 5592 of the CRT, into my application folder (i.e., deploying the assemblies as private assemblies). The seems to be recognized at the end, where sxstrace says:
INFO: Manifest found at F:\Temp\Microsoft.VC80.CRT\Microsoft.VC80.CRT.MANIFEST.
Alas, for some reason this is not seen when the reference to version 762 is resolved. How can I force the reference to version 762 to point to version 5592, which is distributed with my application?
Am I wrong about what I think the problem is?

The machine is simply missing the version of the DLL that your application needs. There's little point in trying to work around that, it's not going to come to a good end. Just deploy the .5592 revision of the CRT library. That version will include a policy that redirects .792 to .5592 so everybody is using the same DLL.
