I have about 20 textedit documents open and don't like seeing them in the dock. Is there a way to stack them so that they take up only one space on the dock? Or not show them at all?

In System Preferences > Dock, check "Minimize windows into application icon". Note that this doesn't affect any existing minimized windows, but it will affect windows you minimize from that point forward.
You can use any of several mechanisms to restore the windows:
the Dock menu
the application's Window menu
application Exposé / “Application windows” in Mission Control, which you can also trigger from the Command-Tab application switcher with the up/down arrow keys
or any of several third-party apps/tools that help you with window management (e.g. Witch).
To not show them at all, just hide TextEdit entirely; you can do this with Command-H or by Option-clicking on another application's window (this includes the Desktop, which is technically a Finder window).
You might also consider using a text editor that supports placing documents in tabs, or something equivalent; while I'm a big fan of traditional Mac style window management, once you get up to 20 windows in an app, you're really in trouble :-)

I have windows 10 installed. I open many application at once for my work and I can access then form my task bar. Task is at right side of the screen but it do not show all the icons at once instead it show a scroll bar. I have increased the width of taskbar still it is not showing all icons. Is there any other setting needs to be changed?
Please refer screenshot below.
The answer is: no, you cannot - at least not for the application icons pinned directly to the taskbar. If you add another symbols folder to the task bar, then you can do this, see:
https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/107167-multiple-columns-vertical-taskbar.html#post1332812

I never used a vertical taskbar before on Windows (maybe you come from Ubuntu Unity desktop?), but I just tried the idea from the first link and it works. Here is a screenshot from my experiment:
In combination with small taskbar symbols you could achieve a more compact view.
Another option is to deactivate the title (here: "Desktop") and symbol titles for the taskbar folder, then it looks like this:

Microsoft released Windows terminal as a Microsoft Store app. How to add it to the context menu or replace 'Open Powershell window here' with it ?
There might have been several approaches discussed everywhere, but none of them is up-to-date nor offers flexibility. So I started a new open source project and provided two PowerShell scripts to help.
https://github.com/lextm/windowsterminal-shell
You can run install.ps1 as administrator in PowerShell 7 to easily add the default layout.
There are other layouts (mini and flat at this moment).
Uninstall the menu items are also easy with uninstall.ps1.
The Win-X Menu shortcuts are stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\WinX and in the Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ShellCompatibility\InboxApp part of the registry, but the file explorer option is the one that really dictates what happens in the Win-X menu. I do not suggest just adding and changing stuff in the WinX folder because you could mess things up, however, the winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.30 app in the link provides a way in which you wouldn't mess it up. Either way, you should put "%programfiles%\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_0.11.1121.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\WindowsTerminal.exe" in either a shortcut in the WinX folder, or in the app named accordingly.

OS handle file deletion I came to know that Mac Os doesn't provide individual file deletion from trash can and can only empty everything why is that.
It's just a UX decision. If you're so minded, open the terminal and navigate to ~/.Trash to rm files one by one on the Mac. Apple's version of the trash can metaphor is that you put things in it, then tip it all away. Not that you put things in it, then pick through it deciding which things you really, really don't want. Like a real trash can.
macOS does provide individual file deletion from the Trash, it's just a little bit hidden. If you open the trash and secondary-click(*) on an item in it, you'll get a shortcut menu that includes the "Delete Immediately" choice.
*) "Secondary-click" is the macOS equivalent of right-clicking. By default, the right button on a multi-button does a secondary-click, as does holding the Control key while doing a standard click. Other options can be configured in the Mouse and Trackpad preferences in System Preferences. See Apple support document #HT207700: How to right-click on Mac.

Normally to drag I
Click on item to drag
Hold down with one finger
Then do dragging motion with another finger
Now when I click on an item a popup shows up showing a window into the content of the file. So now I cannot move a file from one folder to another. Does anyone know the fix for this issue?
If I enable three-finger dragging then it takes away my ability to use three-fingers to slide between screens.
Sounds like you've got a Mac with a force-sensitive trackpad and you're pushing hard enough to trigger Quick Look. Don't push as hard to get a regular click; you can disable "Force Click and haptic feedback" in Trackpad System Preferences.

Is there a way to move window with a mouse after clicking on window (any zone) holding some key like command / control / alt in MacOS X Lion?
So the process is like:
you click on a window while holding command
do not leave the mouse button, move mouse
with mouse selected window is moving
I had this option in Linux and that was very useful.
Thanks.
Coming from someone who also got very used to this functionality under Linux, I also spent some time looking for a tool to do this after getting a Mac. I don't believe that this is possible out of the box.
I use a product named Hyperdock (9.95 USD) to facilitate this. In addition to some other functionality that I don't use (window previews, iTunes extensions, etc), it includes options for moving and resizing windows with left mouse button + hotkey. It's not free, but it's the only tool I've been able to find that provides this functionality.
