When installing ELMAH via Visual Studio 2012 Nuget Manager, i'm getting a window where i have to log on(see screenshot).
I registered myself on nuget.org, but using that account, i still can't install ELMAH and still get that logon window.
Some help with will be great!
This is very strange, I personally never saw anything like that. Can you elaborate, what actually are you doing?
To access nuget packages you don't need to have nuget account. You can install, either by right click on target project and select corresponding menu item or, in Power Shell window

I've just installed the VS 2015 and want to start creating Cordova application,
firstly when try to create app I get this error

The Autodesk ObjectARX project wizards fail to create projects in visual studio professional. I only see in the status bar at the bottom that it has failed. How can I tell what's wrong?
I've checked the visual studio logs (using devenv.exe /log) with nothing reported. And I don't see any other logs. What else can I do?
I should add that there should be a ui, but nothing appears. It fails right away.

You should put the ObjectARX folders (inc, lib or so) to "C:\ObjectARX".
Another place is unacceptable.
I had the same problem because on wizard 2018 installation leave field "Registered Developer Symbol" empty. Then on using wizard you can change this symbol to any other.
Other name for ObjectARX directory allow successfully install wizard 2018 but then will be problem in project settings where this path hardcoded as c:\ObjectARX. So better use c:\ObjectARX.
I tried to create a tool window for visual studio 2013 Update2. I did File->NewProject->Visual Studio Package and inside the wizard I checked Tool Window. Then I pressed F5 and I saw my tool window inside the Exp instance of VS under View->OtherWindows. Yeah, it is working!!!
Then I created a new package with proper names. Unfortunately at the moment I am not able to Debug, Load or even install the package on normal visual studio instance. Just nothing happens. No errors, no exceptions, no tool window option showing under View->OtherWindows. I can clearly see the package under Tools->Extensions and Updates....
I tried to:
Uninstall and Install again
Clear all cache under \AppData\~..~\Extensions\ and \AppData\~..~\ComponentModelCache
Create another package. May be I did > 20 packages with defaults
Restart PC
Clear all records in registry for already installed packages
All possible combinations of the steps above
What else I could try? Ideas?
PS: I forgot to mention that I have latest Roslyn installed.
Sorry to ask but how do you refernce EPPlus dll in a .NET project

I did not find it.
I fixed this by targeting the .net framework version 4
using OfficeOpenXml; is correct for EPPlus. Check the Object Browser :)
If Visual Studio is giving you grief over the using OfficeOpenXml;. You need to install NuGet Package Manager.
Simply go to the Visual Studio 2010 Menu > Tools
Select Extension Manager, Enter NuGet in the search box and click
Online Gallery. Let it Retrieve information…
Select the retrieved NuGet Package Manager (you may have to do some
scrolling to find it), click Download. Let it Download…
Click Install on the Visual Studio Extension Installer NuGet Package
Manager. Wait for the installation to complete, and answer any
prompts.
After the Package Manager is installed, you need to follow the prompt
at the bottom of the Extension Manager window to restart Visual
Studio.
After it opens back up, go to Visual Studio 2010 Menu > Tools > NuGet Package Manager > Manage NuGet Packages for Solution... And install EPPlus - Create advanced Excel spreadsheets using .NET.
This should get you set up reading Excel files!
Visual Studio 2012 will not allow me to set multiple startup projects.
I have tried:

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix/work-around? Can I specify the startup projects by editing the .sln/.csproj file if the VS2012 UI continues to fail?
I'm pretty sure this has to do with NuGet Package Manager. I did as described here.
Uninstalled NuGet Package Manager in Tools => Extensions and Updates... and restarted Visual Studio 2012/Visual Studio 2013 Preview. Now I can happily configure my solution properties again!
Installed NuGet Package Manager again and the problem reappeared. :(

Found this post while searching for a related issue I was having. I thought it would be helpful for others to know what I found.
My problem was trying to switch between start up projects, IIS Express would always load the same project. My solution was to edit the project properties >Web> assign a different port number for each project. Now when I select Set as StartUp Project... it actually works
Note** I did not have any issues with NuGet probably because I'm using the released version of 2013
