How to manage version control with joomla 3.0 ?
I tried Mod Version Control 30.100,versions,GENOVA Version Control.But no success.
Does anyone have idea about same?
The upcoming Joomla 3.2 should have Version Control natively - the alpha is available and general availability is planned for Oct 2013 - if you can wait a month before going live you might like to have a look at it :)

I am using the Outlook API (https://dev.office.com/reference/add-ins/requirement-sets/word-api-requirement-sets). At the moment it is on 1.6 and I see some changes towards a 1.7 (I think).
What versions of Outlook support the current 1.6 version? (What is the oldest version supporting it). I saw some versioning for Excel and Word, not Outlook though.
And is it clear when the new update will become available?
The requirement set 1.6 APIs are supported starting with build number 16.0.9020.2000. We don't have preset timeline for the requirement set 1.7 APIs, it will be released when all supported platforms implement all the APIs from that set. That work is currently in progress, that's why you may see some APIs from 1.7 in preview.
We are using Java 1.4 and we would like to push data to the ELK stack.
I checked their site and googled and its mostly turning up artifacts/articles
that need more than 1.5.Are they any options since we cant change the current
java version installed.

Java SE 6 was released in 2006 and if I remember correctly the minimum version for Elasticsearch (first public release in 2010) even in the early days has been that.
The oldest docs available on the Elastic website are for 0.90 and that is ancient. Even if you could run an older version, there are no docs for it, so you really don't want to go there.
While upgrading existing applications can be a challenge, it's still not possible to run new services on newer versions? Anyway, you need to get to Java 6 at the very least or rather 8 for current versions.
I think the title says everything but just to make sure:
I try to update OpenGL on my Windows Server 2016 (V-Server).
Current version is 1.1 and I need > 3.0.

Mesa3D provides a CPU implementation of OpenGL. The most recent version (17.1.5) supports OpenGL up to version 4.5, but I can't quickly find any information whether that also holds for the CPU implementation. The FAQ (last update 2012...) does mention supporting OpenGL 3.x presumably also in the CPU implementation, so in any case it should be sufficient for your needs.
I need to upgrade Oracle 10.1.0 to its higher version 10.1.0.3
Is there any patch file to do this upgradation other than the fresh installation of the higher version?
Patches are usually available on Oracle support site http://support.oracle.com.
Currently available patches start from 10.2 version.

If you plan to change your environment, you can see that, in case of the problem, you would be on safer side if you choose to go to supported version (newer version) - you not only get help / workaround from support but also fixing patches if needed.
But, of course, you know your environment and priorities better.
If you insist on 10.1 patch and have support contract, try to ask directly Oracle the patch you want. It is not sure you will get it, though.

according to which the version which i have is technically not supported ? does that mean i cannot use testcomplete for that grid ? or do i have to upgrade the version base in my application too?
I think that this means that SmartBear did not test this functionality with this specific version of the controls. Most probably, TestComplete should work without any problems with it.
