You should have a log file with the incident report in (at least something close to) : /WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/default/logs/ffdc/<your server name>.
It should contain more information (and a stacktrace).
EDIT :
Websphere 6.1 is qui old already, in fact IBM does not support it anymore since 30 sept 2013.
Since to problem seems to be known and fixed in later release, I suggest you update to a more recent version, at least to a recent fixpack of 6.1. You can learn more about the process in this page. 6.1.0.47 FixPack is the last one. You simply need to download the PAK file and run the installer.

slave lost and very slow join in spark

I did a join of two dataframes on one common column and then ran a show method:
df= df1.join(df2, df1.col1== df2.col2, 'inner')
df.show()
Then join ran very slow and finally raise an error: slave lost.
Py4JJavaError: An error occurred while calling o109.showString.

After some search, it seems this is a memory related issue. Then I increased repartition to 3000, increased executor memory,increased memoryOverhead, but still no luck, I got the same slave lost error. During df.show(), I found one of the execuctor shuffle write size is very high, the others were not so high.
Any clue?
Thanks
If using scala try
val df = df1.join(df2,Seq("column name"))
if pyspark
df = df1.join(df2,["columnname"])
or
df = df1.join(df2,df1.columnname == df2.columnname)
display(df)
If trying to do same in pyspark - sql
df1.createOrReplaceTempView("left_test_table")
df2..createOrReplaceTempView("right_test_table")
left <- sql(sqlContext, "SELECT * FROM left_test_table")
right <- sql(sqlContext, "SELECT * FROM right_test_table")
head(drop(join(left, right), left$name))

How to generate Dashboard report for existing JMeter csv/jtl files with tab delimiter

I am trying to generate JMeter Dashboard graph for existing results i.e., csv/jtl files.
Following is the csv file content (temp1.csv):
timeStamp elapsed label responseCode responseMessage threadName dataType success failureMessage bytes grpThreads allThreads Latency
1475842232895 1158 HTTP Request 200 OK Thread Group 1-1 text true 22175 1 1 911
1475842234094 529 HTTP Request 200 OK Thread Group 2-1 text true 682 1 1 529
Following is the command I ran:
jmeter -g J:\temp_ws\temp1.csv -o J:\temp_ws\temp1
and delimiter set to , in user.properties
jmeter.save.saveservice.default_delimiter=,
It is giving the following error I got (from JMeter.log file)
FATAL - jmeter.JMeter: An error occurred: org.apache.jmeter.report.dashboard.GenerationException: Error while processing samples:Consumer failed with message :No column <timeStamp> found in sample metadata <timeStamp elapsed label responseCode responseMessage threadName dataType success failureMessage bytes grpThreads allThreads Latency>, check #jmeter.save.saveservice.* properties to add the missing column

at org.apache.jmeter.NewDriver.main(NewDriver.java:259)
Then tried to change the delimiter to \t in user.properties and run the command again to generate the report, I got the following error:

Please help me how to generate the Dashboard report for tab delimited Jmeter results (either csv/jtl)
Note: For comma delimiter, Dashboard reports are getting generated.
You're facing a bug of 3.0:
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=60125
It is fixed in nightly build and will be available in 3.1 coming soon.
Meanwhile you can use Nightly Builds:

Issues in creating J2C Java beans using the Batch Import Utility in WAS 8.5

I'm facing issues in creating J2C Java beans using the Batch Import Utility.
In my project I have a custom ANT Build file which invokes ImportBatch.bat file of WSAD 5.1 Plugin. In WAS 5.1 it is working fine but in WAS 8.5 using Rational Application Developer 9.5 the same utility throws NullPointerException.
As per my analysis WAS 5.1 has "com.ibm.etools.ctc.import.batch_5.1.1" plugin which is used to perform the above task. I searched for this plugin in WAS 8.5 and I got that it has been changed to "com.ibm.adapter.j2c.command_6.2.700.v20150320_0049" plugin. It has the same importBatch.bat file.
Also I've to change importBatch file as per the current RAD 9.5 jar "equinox Launcher" because RAD 9.5 has no startup.jar
The original entry in RAD 9.5 importBatch.bat file:-
"%eclipse_root%\jre\bin\java" -Xmx256M -verify -Dimport.batch.cp="%currentCodepage%" -cp "%eclipse_root%\startup.jar"
org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main -clean -data "%workspace%" -application com.ibm.adapter.j2c.command.BatchImport -file=%import_file% -style=%generation_style%
changes I've made:-
"%eclipse_root%\jdk\jre\bin\java" -Xmx256M -verify -Dimport.batch.cp="%currentCodepage%" -cp "%eclipse_root%\plugins\org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.0.v20140415-2008.jar" org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.Main -clean -data "%workspace%" -application
com.ibm.adapter.j2c.command.BatchImport -file=%import_file% -style=%generation_style%
I've gone through the IBM Knowledge center for this topic but still no success.
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4JCV_7.5.5/com.ibm.etools.j2c.doc/topics/tusingbatchimporter.html
Please have a look at the exception that I'm getting in workspace logs.

This looks like a problem for IBM support, I suggest you raise a PMR via the IBM support process to get a solution to this issue.

what is wrong ?
it's likely some log file is corrupted, try to recover environment when opening.
This exception appear because I've tried to read record which was not flushed to the file system yet.
For JE it's: environment.sync();
For JNI it's: environment.syncCache(null);
