Adapting the Balanced payment library to code igniter - codeigniter

I'm working on setting up Balanced Payments with my code igniter application. This is the github repo for the php code for Balanced. I'm wondering if anybody knows how to make this implementation?

What is the flow of: Implementing VueJS into an existing Laravel project

Hi im not an advanced coder just a hobbyist with 1% javascript experience, only laravel and rubyrails.
I have build a admin dashboard with crud and everything in 100% laravel-8...
Now i want to replace all the crud tables i got with Vue.js.
Unfortunately i have found it to be quite confusing to understand. I see a lot of people be replacing there blade view with vue components and routes too. Can someone explain me the flow of the whole process of replacing and folder managing in vue?
If u know a good site that would be helpful too.
Please do not send orginal Vue documentation site, thank u.
I would suggest creating another project for the client side, for example, VueCli or NuxtJs. And use the Laravel project as a RestFull API that provides all the data needed in the client side.
That will provide you much more scalability, rather than having it all together in the Laravel project.

Is it possible to incorporate QuickBooks PHP DevKit into CodeIgniter

Specifically speaking, is it possible to use Consolibyte's Quickbooks PHP DevKit into an app using the CodeIgniter framework? If so, where would I place it in my directory structure, and how would I access it? I'm just doing some preliminary research into whether or not this could be used to integrate my app with Quickbooks Online.
Thanks for any input!

Yes, of course!

Entirely up to you. Usually people put it in a library/quickbooks/ directory or something. Then, just use require_once 'path/to/library/quickbooks/QuickBooks.php'; like you would with any other PHP script.

It can be used for that.
You'll need a controller that kicks off the OAuth process. So basically you'll use the code from here:
https://github.com/consolibyte/quickbooks-php/blob/master/docs/partner_platform/example_app_ipp_v3/index.php#L134
To show the connect button, and then put this code into a controller to kick off OAuth:
https://github.com/consolibyte/quickbooks-php/blob/master/docs/partner_platform/example_app_ipp_v3/oauth.php
From there, you can use the other example code snippets to exchange data with QuickBooks.
If you have trouble, post your code so we can see what you're doing (feel free to use our support forums if you need more detailed help/discussion: http://www.consolibyte.com/forum/)

Using Code Igniter active record in Wordpress

Need to move some code from Code Igniter to Wordpress. It is heavily using CodeIgniter's db classes to handle the database. I would like to use them like this, instead of translating to WP's wpdb.
Is there any way of using Code Igniter active record/db classes and keep the nice CI db usage in Wordpress?
Thanks
If you are using WordPress 3.3 and above, then you can make use of the following library WordPressIgniter
Usually, it's not as straight forward as you think, because both of them have their own code structure. But many have tried it and are successful. It depends on what features you want to use and to what depth.

How to use Google Map API in CodeIgniter?

How to get started with CodeIgniter and Google Maps API.
I've got a CodeIgniter library specifically for this purpose. You can find more information about it here:
http://biostall.com/codeigniter-google-maps-v3-api-library
A few demos of what can be acheived using the library:
http://biostall.com/demos/google-maps-v3-api-codeigniter-library/
Give me a shout if you have any questions or need any help :)
Enjoy!
CodeIgniter is a backend (server-side) framework. Google Maps API is a frontend (client-side) library. There isn't really any specialized knowledge you need to know about CodeIgniter to get Google Maps working, other than being able to render a view. The question is somewhat flawed in that you assume one depends on the other, when in reality, they are very much decoupled.
The question is similar to how do i get jquery working with codeigniter?...
Reading the CodeIgniter documentation would be a start to understanding how to echo HTML and JavaScript to the browser. The rest is almost entirely client-side JavaScript programming.

Code Igniter--simple controller question

I'm designing a simple web-app in CI. I have a registration controller, and a paypal controller. Both work fine separately, but I need to use some functions of the paypal controller as a part of registration. How can I borrow those functions w/o pasting new functions into the registration controller?
It really wouldn't be a problem to paste in the paypal controller to the reg_controller, but I'd like to separate these functions if possible! :)
BTW, I'm new to CI/MVC so if there's a better way to do things, let me know!
I think you need to move your PayPal controller into a library or model. I'm not sure exactly how you're using the PayPal controller to do PayPal functions, unless you're doing a lot of redirects.
I use this class that I made in CI to do PayPal transactions (was recently updated too):
On Google Code: http://code.google.com/p/phppaypal/
On GitHub: http://github.com/drewjoh/phpPayPal
You can tweak it just a little to make it a CI library. I have working code if that helps too. You can see example code (not CI example code) to see how simple it is here: http://drewjoh.com/wiki/code/classes/phppaypal
Jamie Rumbelow made a decent PayPal library for CodeIgniter.
