You could try with dpkg directly:
dpkg purge redmine
alternatly aptitude has a verbose option, you might get a better idea of what's goin wrong:
aptitude -v purge redmine
Redmine is not just a "package".
It's a web-service, so first of all, try to stop web-service (httpd passenger, or native web-daemon), than check dependencies (ruby gems) and than try to purge "package" via dpkg.
Try running aptitude with -f to clear out the broken package:
sudo aptitude -f

Installing prisma client with: yarn add #prisma/client should fix this issue for you.
For Reference here's a GitHub Issue: #9184 which discusses the same error that you are facing. There are several workarounds mentioned which fixed the error for the users.

I'm using JHipster 6.10.5 on windows 10.
The output is partially on spanish, the translation is:
'..' is not recognized as an internal or external command
it's a environment issue caused by windows 10.

Also looks like a windows machine.
Is trying to execute
../demo/./mvnw -ntp -Pprod verify jib:dockerBuild
that not is a valid command on windows system.
Any idea about how fix it?

I tried to run the command devenv /setup but it didn't work. I tried also to clear the cash in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\ComponentModelCache but it didn't work too.
Try reinstalling dotConnect for Oracle in the following way:
Uninstall dotConnect for Oracle (if it is currently installed)
Delete all Devart.* and policy.*.Devart.* files in the following folders:
GAC 2.0 (\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL)
GAC 4.0 (\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL)
You can use any file manager other than Explorer (e.g.: Total Commander) in order to navigate to C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\ .
If you don't have any file manager other than Explorer, then you can use Explorer with the GAC shell extension turned off. The GAC shell extension connects to Explorer using the Desktop.ini file located in the assembly folder. Rename the Desktop.ini file to display the content of the assembly folder like content of any other folder. For this, run the following three commands in Command Prompt:
1) Go to the GAC folder:
cd %windir%\assembly
2) Remove the system and hidden attributes for the Desktop.ini file:
attrib –s –h desktop.ini
3) Rename the file to disable the shell extension
ren Desktop.ini Desktop.ini.disabled
Delete all Devart folders.
Clear the directories:

as i use ClearDb as external database, the new security tool since joomla 3.7.4 requests a file created in the /install folder to be removed.
Message : "Afin de confirmer que vous êtes le propriétaire de ce site Web, supprimez le fichier "_JoomlaUQEvA8900RHAnVyBbf1Zs.txt" que nous venons de créer dans le dossier "installation" de votre site Joomla."
Does someone explain me how i can do access to this file for removing ?

Run cf ssh <your-app-name>. Then cd app/. You'll now be in the root of your application. From there locate the file and rm it. The change will be instant.
Things will be more confusing if you have multiple instances of your application. In that case, you might need to cf ssh into all of them to find where the file was written, or just scale down to one while you're installing.
Just keep in mind that any files you cf push'd with your application will return when your application is restarted, intentionally or otherwise. If you need to remove a file that you cf push'd then you should do so locally and cf push a second time without that file or files.
