When I created new android project in my visual studio 2012, this error came out. I already re installed my xamarin.android but still I'am getting this error. How could I fix this?
I already solved my problem I just uninstalled the xamarin.android and visual studio 2012 then reinstalled it

I am having a problem updating the version mentioned above of the visual studio with the below error message displayed:

I've encountered problems with updating Live Share Extension after successfully updating to 17.3.0 Preview 5.0.
Now I am stuck and looking forward to availing of the community lead!
I had also an issue with updating VS2022.
This helped for me:
Download a new copy of the VisualStudioSetup.exe: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/
Start the VisualStudioSetup.exe and update
1:- after updating visual studio community 2017 to new version 15.9.3
when I tried to run my MVC project
there I am facing this error
here I had close all chrome instance
and does not work
2:- if I start vs as administrator then there is another error
I had already reinstalled vs community 2017,
deleted vs folder in the project ,
and deleted IIS express folder in the document
but this is same
so anyone has a good solution for this?
I tried to install Xamarin in Visual Studio 2017.
It shows one error:
"JavaJDKV2 could not be installed."
Xamarin has been added to my Visual Studio, but I can't use it,
when I start new project, that message appears and the project can not be created.
Any ideas or workarounds?
After installing Visual Studio 2015 from previous 2013 update 4 I was not able to deploy my Windows Phone apps to devices getting error 0x89721500.
I solved just deleting directory "C:\Users\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Phone Tools\CoreCon\11.0" then restarting Visual Studio.
Hope this helps.
I have installed the recently released Visual Studio Tools for Unity 1.9 on my computer with a copy of Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 and am encountering a problem which I can't seem to fix. After creating a new Unity project, importing the VSTU package, and creating a script and opening it, I see a message within the VS 2013 Solution Explorer stating that:
"This project is incompatible with this version of Visual Studio"
However, I have read on the UnityVS site and nothing indicates that it is incompatible with VS 2013. Are there any possible solutions to this problem? Thanks.
This is an old question now, but I ran into the same problem recently with a brand new install of Unity 4.6.1, VS Professional 2013 and VSTU 2013.
A re-install of VSTU fixed the problem.
