I am getting the following error on starting OS X Mavericks -
VMware Workstation ---------------------------
The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.
I implemented line from http://minhdanh2002.blogspot.in/2012/07/fixing-cpu-has-been-disabled-by-guest.html
cpuid.1.eax = "0000:0000:0000:0001:0000:0110:1010:0101" But it didn't work.

You cannot run OS X in this configuration. The Mavericks EULA specifies that Mavericks can only be virtualized on Apple hardware. (This is true for any version of OS X whose EULA allows for virtualization.)

I have a 2017 MacBook Air with 4GB of RAM. This is a type of computer that is supported to upgrade to macOS Monterey. However, when I go to the Software Update section, I only see the maximum version as macOS Catalina. How can I upgrade to the Monterey version? Thank you sincerely for your help.

Dual-Core Intel Core i5
If your MacBook has an Intel processor, then you don’t need Rosetta.

When opening Docker Desktop (2.3.0.5), newly installed, it shows the error: 'Failed to analyse', 'The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.'
Docker error message
Running macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 with M1 chip. (Note that the newer version, v2.4 and v2.5, give different issues, upon which I was advised to install 2.3.0.5)
The M1 chip is not currently supported. You can track the issue on the docker roadmap.

I am trying to create apps, but obviously you can't on windows. I have searched on youtube so many times and I just need a solution. I tried Yosimite on VMware and it told me the virtual CPU would not work. (Also I have access to a mac if needed for install procedure). Thank you!
You can't without running into illegal content like Hackintosh
Please note that Apple allows the use of Mac OS X only on its own devices

Got Parallels installed
Downloaded and set up Windows image from - https://dev.modern.ie/tools/vms/mac/
System type is 32-bit Operating System
How to change 32-bit OS to 64-bit OS on Parallels?
Thank you.
Those images are for 32-bit version. They don't provide 64-bit because you are really only supposed to run IE and test your site.
You can't change the bitness of the operating system.
