Opening google earth api in mobile web browser - google-api

I wrote a web site with google earth api and it is working fine.
I want to open this site via mobile browser, and it's giving me the following error:
"the plug-in of google earth is available only for win and mac".
How can i get through it?

I am having a similar issue. I wish to try and use Android WebView instead of setting up GooglePlayServices at this time for an art project

I will attempt to see what I can try from Google Maps V3 APIs as per your instruction JasonM1 and see if I find a way to load this in Android.

Unfortunately, the Google Earth Plugin and Google Earth API is currently only supported on the Windows and Mac platforms.

The mobile version as well as the Linux version of Google Earth does not currently support the Google Earth plugin.
If you redesign your web site using Google Maps V3 APIs then it would be supported by mobile and desktop web browsers. Google Earth is a thick desktop and has restrictions especially with respect to mobile devices that a pure web application such as using Google Maps APIs can avoid.

Although the Google Earth plugin doesn't work on mobile devices, both Android and iOS devices have a Google Earth app available for them.
Thus a good way to show your data on both desktop and mobile devices is simply to publish it as a KML file, which will load in all versions of the program. The mobile devices don't actually offer a "load file" option, but instead rely on the fact that if you present the device with a KML file with the correct mime type, then the system works out that the Google Earth app is the appropriate one to display the file.

How to do a Flutter Firebase app for both Mobile and Desktop at the same time

I see many samples and videos on how to do firebase for mobile and they call this "multiplatform". However, I don't see much on the desktop. There is one video on firebase flutter Windows by using a web and it seems to work. However, I do not see any tutorials for both mobile and desktop. Firebase would be a great example on syncing between desktop and mobile. We have such an app in development right now. Desktop development is new, but I'm surprised how little there is.
There is a library called firebase_dart, but the documentation seems weak.
The package firedart with the video listed above works in both desktop (linux and android without much modification..
What needed to be modified?
I had difficulty with the button on the very top of the phone, so I
added a sized box.
I had difficulty with debugPrint or print so I
added a Text widget with the results (to string).
That also worked.
Although I would like to not use fluent_ui, it does work for both desktop and mobile. I'm not sure what to do with realtime db, but I think I can make the firedart work for user sync between mobile and desktop.
It would be better if I could get firebase_dart to work.

It is possible to use chrome / chromium webview in Cordova application for Windows 8/8.1/10 Store App?

I want to build a cross platform application in Apache Cordova that uses a Chromium-based Webview component for Windows Store Apps.

Windows Store apps cannot use Chrome and must use the default browser shipping with windows (you can't even put a none-Edge browser into the windows store). I guess the good news is that if you are patient, Blink (which is the rendering engine Chrome is based upon) is becoming the default rendering engine for Edge next year. BTW crosswalk is also dead, as Chrome is now the rendering engine for all modern Android phones..
Edit from 2020... Since Slack and other Electron apps are in the store and since Cordova now supports Electron - you might want to go with Electron instead of creating a Windows Store app.

Google Drive-Picker custom for mobile

I see that google drive picker have a minimum size frame, it can't be responsive on mobile web view. But I saw an extension google drive on slack and it's responsive.
Anybody know how to build google drive picker like extension on slack? Is drive picker actually able to modify to make it responsive or is it customize by Google Drive API?
Any tutorial reference is apreciate. Thanks
There is currently no specific tutorial with regard to mobile support of Picker API for mobile devices. I believe that the Slack team has written their own implementation for the interface and just makes calls to Drive REST API. So if you like the same functionality, it is expected that you also write your own.

Sharing Files with other Chrome Extensions using ARC

We have an Android application that we have developed and are testing with ARC. Part of the functionality is to share Word/PDF and other documents with other applications on an Android device and then have them pass the content back to us when done. However, since ARC applications run in their own sandbox instance of Android there are no other applications to share with using the standard intents. I know that Chrome Extensions can message each other, but is there a way to access this functionality from an Android APP running arc. Ideally we'd like to share a document have it open in say Google Drive, and then be able to get it back from there using the standard Android intents. Is this possible, or do we have to look at other ways to accomplish this (i.e. SDKs.)

You can get the file from Google Drive or any other file provider available on the chromeOS using the new intent: ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT

Is there a Google Earth control available in the iPad SDK?

Is there a Google Earth control available in the iPad SDK or someway of having google earth inside my new iPad app?
No. You can embed Google Maps content using MapKit but there is no way to embed Google Earth.
Make sure you're aware of the Google Terms of Service before you embed a map view in your app.
You can use the Google Earth iPhone application on the iPad. However the only control you have over it is the ability to load custom Kml files.
