parse error in spring-elasticsearch.xsd - spring

I'm trying to use the spring data elasticsearch module, but I get a parse error in spring-elasticsearch.xsd when defining my beans.
the namespace declaration looks like this:

If I download the document and remove the source attribute from the tags it works as expected.
Is this due to that I still use spring 3.2, or is there some other error that i'm doing?

Having stumbled across this issue myself recently, i have a workaround which isn't pretty (and doesn't use the elasticsearch namespace), but does use the wrapped FactoryBean object).
Firstly remove the xmlns and schemaLocation references to the elasticsearch xsd and then reference the TransportClientFactoryBean as a bean:

<component-scan> fails when migrating application from Spring 2.5 to 3.2

I've got an application that was developed with Spring 2.5.5 using the XML-driven model. I'm trying to migrate it to Spring 3.2.9 and use an annotation-driven model of development.
I'm using ant as my build tool, rather than maven, as that's what was originally used and that can't be changed.
I've downloaded the Spring 3.2.9 libraries and updated my ant build.xml file to reference the ones that I need. My spring config file (jsradmin-servlet.xml) looks like this:

My package in the <context:component-scan /> line is definitely correct. In fact, if I change it to, say,
<context:component-scan base-package="uk.ac.glasgow.mis.hr.jsrwebadminxxx" />
The application deploys correctly, although obviously without scanning the packages, so my controllers and other components fail to register correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Please upgrade to 3.2.10.RELEASE (or even better, the 4.x line). This was an issue that was introduced in that specific version (see SPR-11887)

The problem occurs in line xsd:extension base="tns2:SoapBinaryMessage
You're missing the prefix declaration for tns2; this needs to be added somewhere such that it'll be in scope for the <xsd:extension base="tns2:SoapBinaryMessage"> node (the best place as far as I am concerned might be the second xsd:schema declaration):

JAXB unmarshal validation throws cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element error

I'm kind of new to JAXB and validation, and have spent several hours trying to figure out this problem to no avail. I've created a simple JAXB unmarshaller sample to parse an XML file. I have created an appropriate XSD file as well, but the validator keeps complaining that it is unable to find the declaration of an element.
I think it may be related to namespace issues, but I've tried everything I can think of and still can't seem to resolve the error. As far as I can tell, my XSD and XML are proper, so it may have to do with the way I am instantiating the unmarshaller, but I can't seem to find the problem anywhere.

This is the fourth hour that I'm trying to find the source of the problem. After much struggle, now, I'm confident that you're missing a single line of code to be able to rise to glorious heights!
The problem is that DocumentBuilderFactory created via DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance() by default isn't namespace aware—yeah.
You can overcome this in two ways:
make your DocumentBuilderFactory namespace aware:
DocumentBuilderFactory.setNamespaceAware(true);
or use a StreamSource while unmarshalling and drop the DocumentBuilder and his little friends altogether:
Unmarshaller.unmarshal(StreamSource, Class<T>);
In case of the second choice you're to do it like this.
