I have the following problem. I'm currently building a onepager dashboarding page with the kendo framework but I have the following problem. All the kendo widgets ignore my fixed header and are floating on my page.

If you scroll above you will see that my kendo widgets (window, charts) are floating above my navigation. I looked for hours to find the right css prop to disable that, but didn't find it.

These are Kendo Windows and not Kendo Panels. Panels are decoration of an HTML element and they do not float. Windows is much more than that and float in front of others elements, that's why they are called windows.
A panel is the following HTML:

We are using Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC. I've looked at the docs and I don't see a method for statically displaying the tooltips upon page load, so that a user is not required to hover over a marker to display the tooltip value.
Is it possible to display the tooltips for a series line upon page load?
Secondly, is it possible to then do so but for only every 4th value, such as shown here ?
Firstly, I am doing a research on KendoUI, and my experience is mainly on struts-layout taglib.
And now I got issues on HTML Form while using KendoUI.
My Questions are as below:
Can Kendo ListView be used to replace the html form? That is, there is no Form any more, but a kendo ListView.
If still use html form, how to make each field editable in line (is there any kendo widget to do same behavior as JQuery UI plugin X-editable)?
The closest thing would probably be a Grid that is editable. Clicking on a cell puts it in edit mode: http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/editing
But you could also make a custom Kendo UI widget that behaves basically the same as x-editable by having a clickable element that opens a Kendo Tooltip box with an input element in it.
We are using a Telerik Rad ComboBox to render a drop down. The issue is by default it renders a div and<ul><li> for the drop down list. We tried setting the RenderingMode to "Simple" BUT for some reason the RenderingMode property is not taking. We want the Simple property because it is SUPPOSED TO ouput:
<select><option></option></select>
instead it is still rendering
<ul> <li>.
On mobile devices we want the list to pop up the device's default select option viewer.
We found that there is a property for the ComboBox to set RenderingMode="Simple", HOWEVER, it does not seem to be switching out our RadComboBox to elements, it is keeping the default. I checked the HTML output in Firebug and nothing has changed. The RadComboBox is inside a RadGrid that is triggered when "Add new record" selected.
Any reasons why setting the RenderingMode to Simple doesn't work???
EDIT
I see it rendering the select in Firebug and the style is pushed way left -9999 and the position if fixed, I overwrote the CSS so that those came into view BUT the values are not taking or inputting into our RadGrid when we click save. It does not seem the items have the same values.

Image 1. Even though we have RenderingMode="Simple" it still creates the 'ul li' version.
Image 2. It creates the HTML but according to the documentation the 'ul li' is supposed to be gone and the droplist is supposed to show up in place of it. Instead, as you can see in Firebug, it inputs BOTH.

I want a modal popup effect to display dynamic content on a single page. I'm working with Telerik controls. Telerik has a control called RadWindow which is more or less a modal window.
It looks like the only content that is to be displayed in RadWindow is the content of a page that is specified in NavigateURL. That is a problem for me because what I want to display is the dynamic content that I show on the same page.
Is it possible to display content that is on the same page using RadWindow?
The RadWindow is an iframe. It has to have a separate page to render, unless you use the clientside radalert and radconfirm methods--you can pass in HTML for an alert or confirm dialog that doesn't require a separate page. That doesn't sound like what you want. Consider using the RadToolTip or the AjaxToolkit ModalPopupExtender instead.
RadDock does what RadWindow does. Only, it takes input from the current page instead of from an external URL.
For some time, RadWindow can display content from the main page as well. Here is a link to the demo:
