Loading Url in background in mac command line tool project - macos

I am working on mac command line tool project, and I need to load a url in background using a WebView.
Is it possible to load Url without GUI in Mac OS/X?
I have went through a few questions before posting here, but no luck.
If it not possible, then is there any other way to achieve this? (In GUI based apps with hiding webview My app doesn't required Window )

Flutter desktop - send PDF to a printer

I have a requirement to print PDF on the printer from the Flutter app. Is there a chance to have a possibility to do so right now? I mean that my application is going to fetch the PDF file from the server and then I would like to put it directly to the printer, so it can be printed instantly. The platform that I am targetting is windows.
If this is not possible then is there a chance to execute .bat script using flutter? In the case that there would be no such possibility I could make the script that would print expected file to avoid flutter in this functionality
Printing support is something you would likely want to implement with a plugin.
You can try Printing Package ANDROID IOS LINUX MACOS WEB WINDOWS

Starting Chrome on macOS from the Finder with extra command line parameters

I want to stuff remote debugging and other esoteric dev-only only parameters to the Chrome application when it starts but I want it to be always there, including when I click on the app icon.
E.g.:
/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --remote-debugging-port=9222
How do I pass these command line parameters to the app directly?
I ended up creating an automator application with as shell task. Customized the icon and replaced Chrome.app with the new app in the dock.
I am still looking for a way to change the settings in Chrome so it can connect with remote debugger "on-demand" for specific tasks (not everything as it is set now) but that doesn't seem to be possible at this time. The VSCode folks have apparently solicited the Chrome team to provide this functionality. Stay tuned...

Building an Application like Chrome App Launcher

How would one go about building an Application like the Google Chrome App launcher like the one they released for windows, it seems like a simple application that just appears over its taskbar icon, however I wanted to know more about what could be used to make such an app.
Chrome and its app launcher are all open source, so you can have a look. However there is probably a lot of Chromium knowledge required to be able to navigate the code.
Some details:
the launcher is native c++
it runs in the same process as the Chrome browser
there is no practical way to get the location of the taskbar button, so it is faked using the cursor.
Some trivia:
the app launcher is called the app list internally
the launcher was originally implemented on ChromeOS, and was first ported to work on Windows. That was simple. It was later ported to Mac OS X (just released!) which was more complicated

Blank Screen After Splash Screen

I am new to windows phone development. In windows phone a blank screen is coming after a splash screen. I am using phonegap to build the app with windows. I tried it with different small applications but it is not working. what could be the reason I have googled it for an hour.
About flow: take a look here and here.
About blinking: can you provide some code? It is not a common behavior for wp app.
I was giving the wrong reference to the cordova.js file. I change the reference to the root directory of the project. After that it is working fine.

How does the Mac Web Dash board app work?

Would like to understand how to build a tool like the mac os dash board widget (web clip). Am looking at trying to build it with webkit but not sure if thats the right way to go.
Some thoughts were to using webkit and some DOM to display only the viewport that a user requests.
While this works so well on mac os, am trying to build it on windows with .Net.
Dashboard just uses webkit to display some HTML and JavaScript for the dynamic parts, but there are a couple of extensions. Apple have developer documentation on Dashboard.
