Freeswitch Originate and session heartbeat - freeswitch

I would like to know how to set the per call heartbeat events to be able to capture the event because I have subscribed to the event SESSION_HEARTBEAT. So far I just subscribed to that event but I cannot capture the event when I made a call.
Please assit.

Google is your friend: https://www.mail-archive.com/freeswitch-users#lists.freeswitch.org/msg17769.html
enable_heartbeat application exists in the source code, but is somehow missing in the Wiki.

MS Teams call event

we have a windows form made using VB.net
Is there an API we can use, so that when a call is received in Teams an event is triggered?
And in the event it can determine the caller number?
And is there an event for when the call is finished, which can determine how long the call lasted?
Thanks
There is no direct way that you can handle the call triggered event at your custom application but you can get the call related details using Graph API: Reference doc https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/callrecords-callrecord-get?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http
In order to get the Id which getting use to fetch callRecords you need to Create subscription to get call notifications.
Create subscription- Subscribes a listener application to receive change notifications when the requested type of changes occur to the specified resource in Microsoft Graph.

Proactive Interruptions

I am using an Azure Function to send a Proactive message to the client. How do i "reset" a conversation when a Proactive message is sent.
Within the bot, a user might be prompted for something (ex. time of day). A proactive message may get sent to them before they respond. In this scenario, I would like to reset/cancel the previous dialog and start fresh.
I am already able to reset the dialog using CancelAllDialogsAsync which works fine for user-driven messages.
I am sending my proactive message using ConnectorClient, which bypasses the framework, and sends directly to the client, thus never hitting my middleware to reset the dialog.
How can I get the proactive message sent to the framework (i can send the response from the bot no problem)
I would highly recommend you solve this by having your function send your bot a backchannel event under the context of the ConversationReference via the ConnectorClient. This way the bot maintains ownership for all the details about state and what should happen when this event occurs rather than that responsibility leaking to the function. The bot then watches for this custom event and responds to it however it sees fit.
If you need any more details let me know and I'll update my answer.

How to make Slack Bot not respond to all the messages in the private group?

I want my bot to respond only if anyone mentions its name like #mybot.
How to achieve this?
For that you need to use the Events API and subscribe to the event app_metion.
That way your app will receive all message that directly mention your bot with #mybot.
Those messages will be sent as request from Slack to the endpoint provided for receiving events.

Symfony3.4 - Send a Server-Sent Event when something happens

I'm developing a project with Symfony 3.4.
I would like to send a message to all the clients currently viewing a page when something happens. I evaluated both Server-Sent Events and Websockets, and I decided to go with the former, because the communication is unidirectional (only server to client).
For this purpose, I'm using this library: https://packagist.org/packages/tonyhhyip/sse
It seems to work, but I need to specifically send a message when something happens in the whole system. I tried with the Symfony event system (by creating a custom event), but events seem to be dispatched and captured only within the same session (i.e., the same logged user). In other words, if an action performed by a user triggers an event, it is not captured by other users and therefore a message is not sent to the browser via SSE.
Any suggestion?
Thank you

How to subscribe to a notification stream for packet_In processing?

I am writing an external application that uses REST to communicate with open-daylight. I need to get a notification whenever a new communication between two nodes is needed.
I've checked how to subscribe for event notification in the following link. But I am not sure if this is possible for a packet_in event.
Is it possible to get a notification of the new connection packet_in, with/without some information about the packet?
What would be the path used to create-data-change-event-subscription? also, how can I check all available events and paths that I can make use of?
I believe the "packet_in" event is a yang notification however the REST notification subscription mechanism is for data change notifications. Unfortunately there is no mechanism currently (that I know of) to subscribe to yang notifications over rest.
