I've created a new profile from database by adding in rules_profiles table.
It is reflecting on the SonarQube UI
However, when I am adding rules to that profile by inserting records in active_rules table and restarting sonar.It is showing those number of records on the SonarQube UI
but clicking that does not show me proper data.
Do I need to add information to any other tables.
Pls help

You will not get any support on this.
Modifying the database is not the right way to add information to SonarQube or customize it. The DB is not an API, it's just an internal storage system for SonarQube.
So either you do it through the Web interface, or through the Web Service API. But not directly on the DB.

I have a Power BI dashboard which has direct queries to an Oracle database, where I import data using SQL queries. On my local pbix file everything is fine. When I publish it to my enterprise powerbi.com site and want to refresh the data, I get the following error:

I have trawled through the Power BI forums and there does not seem to be a definitive remedy.
I don't have such an issue using Tibco Spotfire, however we are being pushed to use Power BI.
I found a work around. It seems that after you create the Views in Oracle, in PowerBI, you should rather import (as selected below) than make a direct query. Just click the import option and find your table with the view you create in the following options.
I still see the same error if I want to manually fresh the data on the PowerBI app, but I can at least now see my dashboard working, with the tables and graphics fully visible.
I'm trying to reset the admin password of my SonarQube and I have already found that is executing the following query:

But the thing is that I don't know what is the database manager where I need to execute it and how to connect to it. When I installed my SonarQube and my SonarQube Scanner I didn't specified any database manager.
The only "default" SonarQube database is the embedded H2 database, which is provided solely for initial testing. It is neither intended nor supported for production use. You will not be able to upgrade with this database. As a large red banner should be telling you at the bottom of every single page in the SonarQube interface.
But okay, to answer your question, you can use any generic client to make this update. I generally use SQuirreL SQL on the rare occasions I need to peer into the black box that is the SonarQube database.
I support an application whose UI is built on weblogic server. I need to know the sql query fired in the database whenever any action is performed on UI. Since there a lot of users hence I need to know is there any specific action through which I can identify it ?
Your managed server logs should give you queries run through a PreparedStatement. Any database will give you auditing capabilities so you can track what SQL was run, origins and parameters passed.
When I am publishing my site using Web Deploy in Visual Studio I see something like:

I want to know what exactly would this technology do if it is supported?
Incremental database publishing is a deployment feature where the source code for the schema (new version) is compared with the live database schema (current version) to create a change script to upgrade the current version to the new version.
For example, if your schema has a table with a few columns and in the source code you add a new column definition, when publishing it would create a script to add the new column to the table.
It's not surprising that a database engine besides SQL Server isn't supported, since supporting other database engines would be a significant amount of work. All it really means is that you'll have to synchronize database changes yourself. MySQL may provide tools to help with this, but Visual Studio doesn't.
Incremental database publishing is used for versioning purposes. SVN can't really handle versioning for database schema like tfs can support.
If you're using incremental database publishing you can set up to keep the current database and just do the update, or to always recreate database.
Let's assume you want to declare sql variables like InitData, SeedData.
You can do this and you have access at some before and post publishing script. If your variable SeedData is true, you can seed some data in the post publishing script.

working on an Drupal architecture where I'd like to have a stand alone Drupal/DrupalCommerce installation with product definition based on content coming from an apart Oracle DB.
Does anybody have experience in integration between Drupal and ORacle.
I'm not speaking about replacing MySQL by ORacle but by using ORacle content in specific modules.
What is the best connections options : XML-RPC, REST, WebServices/SOAP ...
Did you try to define the Oracle database as a secondary database in the Drupal settings file?

If you manage to connect, you could then write a custom module to switch to the secondary database, retrieve the data from the Oracle database and bring it into the Drupal context.
I would like to find out if you found other solutions.
