Visual studio web deploy errror ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAX_SITE_CONNECTIONS - visual-studio-2013

Suddenly this error started to appear when one of our programmers is trying to make a web deploy to our Microsoft Server 2008 . We cant find any meaningful information about this error. Also, most topics that we have found are related to Azure.
Does anybody know what this error means?
Update,
For everybody that will tell me to Google the issue:
yes, I goggled the issues. No, I couldn't solve the problem.
I event looked on this link. The error isn't even posted

In the end, I deleted the web server in IIS and created a new one. This is still a weird errorr...

.NET 6.0 ASP.NET Core Web App Page Not Found Error

I created a brand new ASP.NET Core Web App project to test out the new features of .NET 6.0.
But when I tried to run the application with F5 nothing displayed on the web browser but "Page Not Found" error.
Also I tried with IIS Express and the result is same. Also tried http and it's same.
I don't have any idea what may be the problem?
After I rebooted my computer project runs well.
But sometimes later problem occurred again. I tried changing ports, rebooting, close and relaunch visual studio. None of them solved the problem.
Must be a computer specific problem but don't have any idea where to start. Really annoying.
So I keep searching and trying, I came up with this solution:
ASP.NET Core 404 Error on IIS 10
dotnet restore
dotnet run
It works for now but the problem related to debugging still persists.

"Unable to connect to 'IIS Express'." How do I fix this?

I've been trying to fix this for a while. I'm working on a cloud service and for some reason I get an error every time I try to run it. I've done everything I could think of doing.
I disabled and re-enabled SSL
I set an iplisten for 0.0.0.0 and made sure my computer wasn't currently using the port the project is using
I tried deleting applicationhost.config and even the whole .vs folder
I tried cleaning and rebuilding the project
In combination with messing with applicationhost.config and installing the .NET framework I needed, I restarted my computer
I'm pretty sure I tried a couple other things but they're slipping my mind at the moment. I'm currently using the following/have the following installed:
I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community Edition v16.10.31.321.278
.NET Core v5.0.0
.NET Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.8
I have "Internet Information Services" and "Internet Information Services Hostable Web Core" enabled in my features tab
I'm running the latest version of Windows 10, completely up-to-date
The weird thing about all of this is that it works fine on my boyfriend's laptop, who's working with me on the project. I'm not exactly sure where to find the IIS logs either, if anyone knows and could let me know, that'd be very appreciated. I've grown tired of searching post after post to see that nothing helps. I'll upload the error logs later if I'm able to find them.
Did you try to run VS as Administrator ?
I used to have the same issue and find out it was the only way to solve this.

Login into my deployed Umbraco back office is causing "An error has occurred.". How do I find out what is wrong?

I have deployed my Umbraco installation by using Visual Studio and the regarding nuget package version 7.4.1 and I am using Azure DB as a back-end. When I try to login I get the following message:
The logs in the folder "/site/wwwroot/App_Data/Logs/" do not show anything. Using http or https does not make any difference.
When I start Umbraco from within Visual Studio (connected to my Azure DB back-end) in debug mode the login works perfectly:
How can I find out what the issue is?
Connecting to the backend with Open Live Writer helped me to unveil a detailed error message. By mistake I have deleted one of the caching folders (App_Data\TEMP\PluginCache).

Can I use NCover on Azure Emulator? Why I can't find w3wp.exe toattach in NCover?

So, at work, we are trying to use NCover Desktop for code coverage on a cloud based azure web application.
We are using Azure SDK V1.8 and Visual Studio 2010.
I researched online for answer and found some article a little bit helpful in setting up environment and stuff. Following is the procedure I'm following for this.
Create new NCover project and select auto config
Reset IIS and detect w3wp.exe process
Start application and select/deselect executable.
Problem is, I think VS is running on localhost rather than IIS, that's why even after restarting IIS, I'm not able to detect w3wp.exe process to attach.
how can I fix this issue?
Any help is appreciated.
EDIT:
So, After pointing our site towards IIS - Following is the error messasge I am getting.
I also tried to change port so there is not conflicts.

Azure SDK 1.4 - Cannot debug in VS2010 with multiple sites

I have a newly installed laptop running Win7/x64 and installed Visual Studio 2010, then VS2010 SP1, and then the Windows Azure SDK 1.4.
When I attempt to debug a cloud service project in the local compute emulator environment, I get an error: "The was an error attaching the debugger to the IIS worker process for URL 'http://127.0.0.1:5102/' for role instance..."
Some searching turned up quite a few discussions on this issue with the Azure SDK 1.3 update and I've narrowed down the issue to my having multiple sites in the same Web Role in my Azure application. If I comment out the sites entries in the ServiceDefinition.csdef, there's no error and debugging works fine. I tried the other recommended solutions, reinstalling .NET, re-registering ASP, rebooting while facing Redmond, but same problem.
I'm surprised by this issue on a new VS/Azure 1.4 installation and I'm hoping someone else has resolved supporting multiple sites for local debug.
Thanks!
I ran into the same problem, and have two suggestions:
If you've pointed to the "Published" output of a website and not the source location in ServiceDefinition.csdef, you'll get this error. Point to the source location of the web site when you're debugging. You can always switch the location later if you'd rather deploy a published web site rather than the source.
Ensure that you have debug set to false in the each of the web application's web.config file. While obvious, this catches me from time to time.
