I found a bug in outlook.com and I didn't find a way to submit it to Microsoft, They didn't have outlook.com in their programs for submitting it's bug.
How can I submit that bug?
You can see the bug here:outlook bug
Log in to your Outlook.com account, click Settings (gear icon) on the right hand side and select Feedback.
See How to Send Feedback About Outlook.com To Microsoft for more information.
I recently had the same problematic, I wanted to report a bug because I did find a bug in the Outlook.com web app.
I finally found this
https://microsoft.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eaGsTr3R5C4tLCd
It is the form that you can submit to Microsoft to tell them what exactly you want to report.
I found this link at the bottom of this page, while clicking on "Faites-nous part de vos commentaires" :
http://windows.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/outlook-help
Still for bug reporting, I have found this:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn425036.aspx
It tells you how to report a bug to Microsoft according to the type of service concerned.

For Outlook on Mac, on every Outlook startup, my add-in disappears, even though it is visible on OWA. To make the add-ins visible again, i go to managed add-ins in OWA and turn them off and on again. They immediately appear on Outlook, but they disappear again at the next startup.
This issue started a few weeks ago and works fine on windows.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or why is this happening?
You need to allow Optional Connected Experience in your Privacy Preferences.
Restart Outlook. It should work now.
I am using office 365 for business (I think it's the enterprise edition). We have some add-ins automatically deployed by the admins to all users, and users can choose whether to install some additional ones.
My pain was that I couldn't use Jira for Outlook on mac (add-in worked fine in iPhone, windows client and web).
I needed to do two things to enable the add-ins in outlook for mac. I had to quit any office application, not just outlook for the below to function.
As mentioned in another answer, you need to enable the "optional connected experiences" from Preferences -> Privacy. This will enable the store icon to appear again after you restart outlook, but add-ins were still unusable for me.
After I quit the application, I reset my outlook preferences with the OutlookResetPreferences tool, downloaded from here.
Voila, add-ins reappeared (both admin and user managed).

I am trying to make an email layout cross compatible with all clients, but is getting slowed down because I have to use Outlook everytime I make changes. Actually it seems like the only method is to use litmus, so what happens is whenever I make changes to my code, I send a test email to my litmus, then only from there I can check the cross compatibility.
Is there a software/tool I can use to see the layout real time as how I code?
Thanks!
If you have Litmus, use Litmus Builder! You can code in one half of the screen and get updated previews of any client in the right every time you save. Worth the $$$ if you work on email regularly.
Another way is to use Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Outlook uses a similar (if not same) rendering engine as Microsoft Word.
If you have a compiled HTML file of the email and have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can right-click the HTML file and Open With -> Microsoft Word to open the email file in Word. What you see should be very similar to Outlook.

currently receiving the following error withiin google play under store listing:
Please check the languages marked above for errors.
no matter what language i select this error shows and i am unable to update the store.. How to fix this?
Problem is caused by a mandatory feature graphic, error code is misleading..
What Tommo said. Apparently it is related to the recent changes to Google Play where a Featured image is required when making any changes to your listing.
Beginning August 31, 2014, you will be required to submit a Feature
Graphic to update your app or Store Listing."
https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6066610
Ran into a similar issue today. Turns out, the promo video needs to include "http", "www" will show this misleading validation message.
if anyone getting this error "Some languages have errors" in the main store listing section on the google play console while publishing the app. Then, here is what I did to solve my issue.
Click on "manage translation" then click on "Manage your own translations". Next, remove all the languages on the "language" column and click "apply".
I hope this should solve your error problem.
Okay I have now sorted this. You have to upload a separate short description and Feature Graphic for EACH language that your app supports, otherwise it won't be accepted. Even if the description and graphic are the same, you have to re-upload for each language.
After uploading the feature graphic, the error was still displayed. You have to click save and publish to clear the error.
I too faced the same issue. Added the below to get it fixed.
Content Rating
Short Description of the app
Featured Image of 1024*500
Above fields were added later and are mandatory. Post this, just re-submitted the app and it was live again. :)
Basically you will have to upload all the sections marked ( * ) with proper dimensions and it will solve the issue.

I'm having Problem logging in when I open any stackexchange website via Mozilla Firefox.
I use my yahoo login, so when my yahoo account is logged in, I should automatically logged in to stackexchange. So when I open stackoverflow for example, it recognizes me (a message appears on top of the page saying: "Hello Ashkan, Welcome back...), when click the message to log in, it refreshes the page but I'm not logged in.
Now I'm using chrome to post this question and it works fine.
I don't know it may be a silly mistake, but I'm having this problem for about 2 or 3 months, since Firefox is my favorite browser it's a little annoying to open chrome separately to search for questions on stackoverflow and etc.
I deleted cookies for stackoverflow.com and stackexchange.com, and the problem went away. The instructions to delete cookies for specific websites is available here. I don't know why this happened, but this solution worked for me.
I am facing the same problem and i did all that without a good result But i have found a way around. Under this answer was a link to connect to stackoverflow with facebook. I clicked on that link, it could not connect me but i just clicked on back and i am connected. Hope this will help someone out there.

How can we format the detailed app description when submitting an app?
Entering a simple bulleted list like this:
See multiple currencies
Conversion for ...
Shows this ugly on the phone Marketplace:
Do Not Use Formatting
In the S.O. question "Tips for a successful Windows Phone 7 Marketplace submission", one of the Answers states:
Don't use formatting in your marketplace description as it won't be
preserved consistently when displayed in the Marketplace.
The blog post "Tip 5–Don’t use formatting in your Marketplace Descriptions" also details that copy/pasting of html fails as well.
App Hub May Contradict the Above
However, the "app hub application submission walkthrough" clearly states under the Detailed Description Checklist (item 5):
Include bullet points to highlight features of the app. Bullet points
should also be brief. Don't have more than six bullet points
So, it seems that there may be the ability to use some type of bullet list in the Detailed Description, yet there are no readily available guidelines on how to correctly format the bullet list.
Possible Options
One suggestion would be to use textual bullets, i.e,
- See multiple currencies
- Conversion for...
- etc...
Finally, as a last resort, submit a support ticket to the marketplace and quote the "app hub application submission walkthrough" I quoted above and ask them where the guidelines are for creating bullet-points.
