I am getting the following errror after I updated Xcode to 6.3. I cannot run the apps on simulator or on device. I didn't update the OS. Do I need to update the OS to 10.10.3 to get Xcode working?
The operation couldn’t be completed. (Mach error -308 - (ipc/mig) server died)

Yesterday I've been coding on my app but when I tried to run it on my iPhone, this error came.
I unlogged my acc in Xcode and re-sign in but as tried to sign in, this error came.
This Error appeared already on my Intel Mac 6 Months ago but I switched to my M1 MacBook Pro and now I got the same error.
Specification:
MacBook Pro M1
Xcode 14.0.1
macOS Monterey 12.6
Reinstalling Xcode didn't help swell as deleting the Developer directories.

In Xcode 11.1 (11A1027) I unable to install the app in the simulator with iOS 13.1 (17A844).
I tried to reinstall the Xcode and reset a content of the simulator without no luck.
The error code I get is the following:
Details
This app could not be installed at this time.
Domain: IXUserPresentableErrorDomain
Code: 1
Failure Reason: Could not install at this time.

The operation couldn’t be completed. (LSApplicationWorkspaceErrorDomain error -102.)

Also the springboard of the simulator is empty which is also strange:
iOS 13 Simulator has no apps installed
Confirmed. It worked for me in the official release of Xcode 11.1
My Cordova iOS builds had previously been running fine from the CLI, until I updated to macOS 10.13.4 and Xcode 9.3 (9E145). Now whenever I use
cordova run ios
The simulator will launch, but my app is not installed or run, and this message is displayed:
An error was encountered processing the command (domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain, code=2):
Failed to install the requested application
An application bundle was not found at the provided path.
Provide a valid path to the desired application bundle.
After a minute or two, the process stops and the message then reads:
An error was encountered processing the command (domain=FBSOpenApplicationServiceErrorDomain, code=1):
The request to open "com.myapp.name" failed.
The request was denied by service delegate (SBMainWorkspace) for reason: NotFound ("Application "com.myapp.name" is unknown to FrontBoard").
Underlying error (domain=FBSOpenApplicationErrorDomain, code=4):
The operation couldn’t be completed. Application "com.myapp.name" is unknown to FrontBoard.
Application "com.myapp.name" is unknown to FrontBoard.
Has anyone encountered this message specifically after installing Xcode 9.3? I've uninstalled and reinstalled Cordova, I've tried 'erase settings' within the simulator, and I've removed and added the iOS platform from my project.
The project will successfully build and run if I open the Xcode project file directly within Xcode. So currently it just seems to be a fault from launching the simulator from the Cordova CLI.
Any other tips/tricks?
I’m having a similar issue.
seeing this after I update to XCode 9.3 and build through cli
Error Domain=IDEProfileLocatorErrorDomain Code=1 “No profiles for ‘org.oclc.digby’ were found” UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=No profiles for ‘org.oclc.digby’ were found, NSLocalizedRecoverySuggestion=Xcode couldn’t find any iOS Ad Hoc provisioning profiles matching ‘org.oclc.digby’. Automatic signing is disabled and unable to generate a profile. To enable automatic signing, pass -allowProvisioningUpdates to xcodebuild.}
When I bring the project up in XCode the signing is correct and not complaining.
Same issue, solved after install iOS 11.2 Simulator in Xcode preferences -> Components, then
ionic cordova run ios -l --target="iPhone-X"
I'm getting an error message while trying to run an application developed in Xcode 5.1 iOS 7.1 on Xcode 6.1 for iOS 8.0. The error state that 'Unable to run app in Simulator' as show in below screenshot.
I have tried below mentioned solution but none seems to work :
Reset the content of simulator
Rebooted mac after installing Xcode 6.1.
Xcode -> Preference -> Locations -> Command Line Tools : Changed
Xcode 5.1.1 to 6.1
What might be fix?
Delete /etc/launchd.conf if it exists on your system and reboot. See Unable to boot iOS 8 Simulator
I installed XCode 4.6.3. Initially I was able to successfully able to build and run my code on it. However, all of a sudden when trying to configure my build on my iOS device, the build failed and showed the following error message - Command/Applications/Xcode 4.6.3.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/usr/bin/ibtool failed with exit code 10
I tried various methods. I cleaned the App. I reinstalled Xcode. I deleted keys and certificates from Keychain Access. Its of no use. The Xcode is always showing this same error message. I created a fresh new sample project in this Xcode, it is still showing the same error message.
My Mac machine previously was Snow Leopard. I recently upgraded it to Lion OS X version 10.7.5
Please tell me what I should do to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
Try making a clean new project, and see if the error persists.
And make sure you don't delete any important files like the
main storyboard or any xib-files.
