Links displaying as full urls - windows

I recently through together a quick wordpress site for a friend. They're in a different state and I don't have access to my friend's device. When he goes to the website he sees what's in the image below; basically all the links are displaying full urls. I looked at it in IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and none of them do it for me. Is this a setting in the browser or in Windows that would show the full URL? He's not tech savvy, so he wouldn't have anything like Firebug or Developer Tools installed. It happens for him in both IE and Chrome, so I'm wondering if it could be an accessibility setting on his device. I doubt it's the theme, but I'm willing to swap it out if it is.

It looks like your friend is viewing the site in a way that displays the print stylesheet information.
In Chrome, I opened the developer tools, went to Emulation, and turned on the Print styles, and ended up with this:

error parallax effect in firefox but works on google chrome

I need your help my website is not functioning properly on firefox browser but in edge, chrome and opera and safari it works only firefox is not functioning properly
Firefox Browser

I would recommend setting up all your projects in Xampp or something similar first before testing it. If you are going to upload to a server you need to replicate the environment locally before you decide whether it is going to work or not. It seems complicated but it is quite simple, you can find out more here. https://www.apachefriends.org/
That said, check your urls, they are not the same for your two different screens, the one is referencing an anchor tag.

disabling (or fixing) ReadCube WebReader on Firefox

Mac OSX 10.11.2, Firefox 45.0.1
I'm trying to access articles through Wiley publishers website (onlinelibrary.wiley.com) and the PDF viewing function forces me to use ReadCube Webreader, which fails every time to load my article. I also cannot download the article. I have full permissions to view the article, but everything but the first page is blurred out. I just want to use Adobe PDF Reader like I used to, but I cannot figure out how to disable ReadCube. I have toggle this setting https://www.readcube.com/epdf_settings, cleared my cookies, turned off my addblocker, but nothing works! If I use Safari, which I really don't want to do, it works just brilliantly. Please help.
My add-on HTTPS Everywhere was interfering. It can be disabled by clicking the HTTPS Everywhere Icon in the browser window, and selecting the red-highlighted processes that are being encrypted by clicking on it. This is a bad answer to my question, because I'm not entirely sure how this has fixed the problem, but it has worked.

Can I use Firefox developer toolbar commands in my addon?

I am developing a Firefox addon for making fullpage screenshots of web pages. I know that several good addons that do this are already available, but we have some specific needs so I thought I would try to make my own.
I read that I can do screenshot --fullpage in the Firefox Developer Toolbar. This seems to works well. Can I also call this command from within my addon? If so, how would I go about that?

In Google Chrome some web pages, the font changes for no apparent reason

I found this bug in Google Chrome that I cannot explain.
The fonts that is loaded for a text sometimes changes for some reason by itself.
Here is a screenshot of the initial font when the web page loads:
Here is what I see after a while:
When I start scrolling on the page the font returns to normal.
Does anybody knows what is going on?
Also I have seen this happening on many other websites. And even on my own web pages.
I am using Google Chrome Version 31.0.1650.57, and I am on a Mac OS X 10.9.
The screenshot come from the DropBox documentation web site.
It is a known Chrome bug and will supposedly be fixed in Chrome 33: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=236298

Why does StageVideo not work locally in IE?

I'm having troubles testing a StageVideo file locally. The HTML file that contains the swf loads perfectly in Chrome & FireFox, but when I go to open it in Internet Explorer 9 nothing happens (it just shows a white screen).
I've added the permissions for the location to the 'Global Security Settings' tab of the Flash settings manager (on the Macromedia website). I've also checked in the IE9 settings to make sure that it allows GPU rendering.
Has anyone encountered anything similar or have any suggestions as to why it might be blocked in IE9?
Thanks in advance.
My gut feeling is that you don't have the latest Flash Player for IE, but do have it for Chrome/FF since they're 2 different versions. The swf probably doesn't even load up because of the Flash Player requirement.
