It seems you have to deploy some openfire jar inside your Hazelcast cluster. Hazelcast does not offer remote classloading for security reasons (otherwise everybody could inject everything).

All,
I've built Spring Cloud Config servers and clients before with previous versions of Spring Cloud / Spring Boot, but I seem to be having an issue with the Angel.SR4 / Boot 1.3.1 combination.
Following the basic instructions here (http://projects.spring.io/spring-cloud/docs/1.0.3/spring-cloud.html#_client_side_usage), except using the current releases of Boot and Cloud (1.3.1.RELEASE / Angel.SR4 at present), I get the following stack trace:

If I back off the Boot version to 1.2.8 the problem disappears. If I move Cloud up to Brixton.M4 the problem disappears. Is there a prescribed version combination of Boot / Cloud that should be used together? Thanks in advance.
K
Is there a prescribed version combination of Boot / Cloud that should be used together?
Yes. Angel is Boot 1.2, and Brixton is Boot 1.3. See the blog for more detail: https://spring.io/blog/2015/11/25/migrating-spring-cloud-apps-from-spring-boot-1-2-to-1-3

org.apache.hadoop.hive.jdbc.HiveDriver was used to connect to the original HiveServer.
With HiveServer2 use org.apache.hive.jdbc.HiveDriver -- and reading some documentation could do no harm, especially the comment that reads "we need the following jars in the classpath"

I met the same problem when upgraded Cassandra to 2.1 in our system, and the root cause is as following.
The jamm version Cassandra 2.1 uses is 3.0.0, and older Cassandra was using 2.5. So please update the jamm version you use, and you problem may be fixed.

This is the class path:
:/usr/local/Cellar/elasticsearch/1.2.1/libexec/elasticsearch-1.2.1.jar:/usr/local/Cellar/elasticsearch/1.2.1/libexec/*:/usr/local/Cellar/elasticsearch/1.2.1/libexec/sigar/*
I downloaded the latest stable (1.2.2 there is version difference) from the elastic search site. And I started manually... The class path contains the same number of items (only the path prefix is different):
:/Users/boti/Downloads/elasticsearch-1.2.2/lib/elasticsearch-1.2.2.jar:/Users/boti/Downloads/elasticsearch-1.2.2/lib/:/Users/boti/Downloads/elasticsearch-1.2.2/lib/sigar/
In the manually installed version everything works...
Is this a brew recipe problem?
Sounds like a brew recipe problem.
Then error you're getting about a missing class means there's something fundamentally wrong in the way the application is started. That or files are actually missing.
Either way it's a problem with your startup script that brew is using or the files brew downloaded for you.

I am sure jstatd loaded the policy file which content is
grant codebase "file:${java.home}/../lib/tools.jar" { permission
java.security.AllPermission; };
I cannot figure whats the problem come from, please help.
I had the same problem as you.
As far as I understood the exception occurred on the rmi registry side because it couldn't find the class sun.jvmstat.monitor.remote.RemoteHost located inside tools.jar.
In my case the solution was to specify the java.rmi.server.codebase property when starting rmiregistry. After specifying the codebase property the problem gone.
Please try to start the rmiregistry using the following command for Linux/Solaris:
rmiregistry
-J-Djava.rmi.server.codebase=file:${java.home}/../lib/tools.jar &
or for Windows (though I didn't test it fully)
start rmiregistry
-J-Djava.rmi.server.codebase="%JAVA_HOME%/../lib/tools.jar"
Hope it will help you.
