The log says it all: The connection to your server timed out, i.e. it didn't respond in a reasonable amount of time which probably means that it gets too high of a load.
To fix this you need to fix up your server. But what exactly you need to fix there is impossible to determine here and would be way too long for SO.

Can't connect DB with Teradata express studio

I have installed Teradata in my VM, and can connect the dbc database with the in-built Terraform studio express .
Now, I want to connect the dbc database with the Terraform studio express outside my VM i.e. in Windows. But when I try to test the connection using the same login details, it shows me "Ping Failed".
The detailed error message is as follows:

Random Connection Refused Responses During Stress Testing with Apache Jmeter

I have the Apache J Meter Tool on my pc and i am trying to stress my App being deployed on GKE.
Sending some requests concurrently or sequentially i am noticing a wired performance.
For example if i make 100 requests at one of the endpoints ,while the most of the requests are successful, 3 or 4 requests from 100 may return the following message:

Also, the number of requests returning errors may be different (smaller or bigger) if the tests are conducted by a different host machine.
Any ideas about what may cause this problem?
Knowing that you are performing a stress test, a possible explanation could be that your application crashed at that particular instance and restarted. Connection Refused error is usually thrown when there is no application listening for incoming requests.

Jmeter: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect at java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl.connect0(Native Method)

I am getting the below exception (java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl) in Jmeter, I am manually able access the application so there is no problem from the server.I suspect it is related to the Port. Before this i have opened around more than 15 instances of jmeter to create test data, Is that might have caused this problem?
What is the clear difference in terms of network between making the request through jemeter and manual request?.Please let me know if any other additional information is required?

Looks like the URL you've entered cannot be reached - have you:
Got the correct hostname and port number?
Checked if there is a firewall between your desktop where you're running JMeter and the Tomcat server?
Checked to see if you can get to the tomcat instance via a browser?
Does the browser use any proxy settings that you haven't mirrored in your JMeter config?
