Using Visual Studio 2013 without ReSharper, is there any way to find which CLR types have implemented a certain interface for example IDatabaseInitializer?

I am developing a native COM based (C++, ATL) addin for Microsoft Office using Visual Studio.
As I plan to upgrade from VS 2013 to VS 2019 I ran some tests and was not able to let a class implement IDTExtensibility2 through the class view as there are no typelibs available for me to select from the registry. I installed the workloads for MFC and ATL as well.
Maybe someone is experienced and can give me a hint whats missing. With VS 2013 I do not experience the same error.

No, visual studio 2010 contain C++11 features, but not all of them, Here is a list of what features it supports (as well as VC++ 2015), I suggest that you could use visual studio 2015, which contain most of the features instead of Extended integer types

No, it is impossible, we can only select low-level Platform Toolset (such vs2008). So I suggest you could visual studio 2015.
As title, is there any way to Import IntelliSense support from Visual Studio Code to Visual Studio 2013?
I found some language they do not have intelliSense support for Visual Studio 2013/2015, but they do have it for Visual Studio Code via typings.
Short answer this is not possible as I also was looking for go support and only VS Code has it. VS Code and VS are completely different products and they are not compatible together.
I am going to learn F#. In my lecturer notes, they have simply asked to open VS 2010, open project, select other languages and select F# ! I have VS 2010 express, and everything is separated into different software like Visual C++, Visual C# etc, there is no F# !
In this thread (Is F# 3.0 available on Visual Studio 2010 professional?) I found it is in VS 2012 express so I downloaded it. But, again I can't find F#!
How to make a F# project in VS express? Please help!
EDIT
At least, is this is available in Visual Studio 2010 Professional? Please help!
Download Visual Studio Express 2012 for Web (it is important, you cannot use F# with Visual Studio Express 2012 for Desktop or other), then install F# Tools for Visual Studio Express 2012 for Web. Full description how to do this is on msdn blog
