NoClassDefFoundError: org/json/JSONObject - Hadoop MapReduce - maven

I'm trying to do a Mapreduce job using a Json as input. I imported JSON dependency in POM.xml and Maven clean install run properly. But when I run the Jar in Hadoop i get "NoClassDefFoundError: org/json/JSONObject" error on Mapper class. (I also tried with JSON Java external Jar, but it doesn't work.
This is my test mapper class:
package com.andrew.hadoopNBA.NbaJob1;
import java.io.IOException;
import org.apache.hadoop.io.IntWritable;
import org.apache.hadoop.io.Text;
import org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Mapper;
import org.json.*;
public class PointsRankingMapper extends Mapper<Object, Text, Text, IntWritable> {
public void map(Object key, Text value, Context context)
throws IOException, InterruptedException {
try {
JSONObject jsn = new JSONObject(value.toString());
System.out.println("printing JSON " + jsn);
} catch (Exception e) {
// TODO Auto-generated catch block
e.printStackTrace();
}
}
}
And this is Maven dependency:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.json</groupId>
<artifactId>json</artifactId>
<version>20140107</version>
</dependency>
Any ideas?

You can use jackson to process json.

<dependencies>
<dependency>

or google's gson
<dependency>

Try:
<dependency>

<artifactId>json-lib</artifactId>
<version>2.4</version>
</dependency>

Maven Junit 5, Cucumber not running tests

When executing my runner, or running my .feature file, no tests are ran via cucumber (same with mvn clean install, mvn clean test etc).
The rest of my program runs completely as expected, and this is an issue I've been gruelling with for a while now.
Result from IntelliJ IDE When I run my runner class :

My IDE Shows that these steps are referenced in another class, as Cucumber doesn't complain about finding the path to features, I'm currently at a loss.

Feature: Check tax on car
Scenario : User enters a valid Reg number and clicks the free check option
Given Valid Registration value of "LT09YJJ"
When the website "check.co.uk" is live
And user enters value of "9YJJ"
And user clicks on the free option
Then user should be taken to the "taxcheck.co.uk/hello" page
And Number plate "9YJJ" Should appear

If I get it right, the spring application entry point is not visible, but I don't understand why. Is there something wrong with my pom.xml or my Application class?
Tracing the source codes and found that it basically uses the following codes to create an instance of SpringBootServletInitializer:
Constructor ctor = FooInitialializer.class.getDeclaredConstructor();
ctor.newInstance();
That means your SpringBootServletInitializer should have an no-args constructor. So try to add one :
public class Application extends SpringBootServletInitializer {
Application(){}
}

Looks like you have a mess in your dependencies mixing different spring versions. Try using dependencies below:
<dependencies>
<!-- Spring framework -->
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-webmvc</artifactId>
<version>${spring.version}</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>

</dependency>
<dependency>

With following properties:

I've used latest spring version and updated few other dependencies.
Also in order to redirect to login page from index do the following:
.antMatchers("/", "/home").access("hasRole('ADMIN')")

Spring Boot Failure due to Transaction Management

I am currently developing an application using spring boot with cassandra as the database.
I have written a class which initializes my cassandra cluster. The problem starts as soon as I start using #Transactional in my DAO Layer Query Methods. System doesn't allow me to use them at a below error message is thrown at runtime -
An exception has occured in method getMdoBean with msg: No qualifying bean of type 'org.springframework.transaction.PlatformTransactionManager' available.
I don't understand what is going wrong. My app works fine without spring boot with no issues related to Transaction Management.
I tried adding JPA Support along with H2 Database and it resolved my problem. I did my homework and read about H2 Database and its in-memory data storage mechanism. I am failing to understand how is TransactionManagement issue is getting fixed? Is it because of H2 Database drivers which are taking care of it?
Secondly, I don't need H2 Database hence this solution does not seems to be good for me. Backend is Cassandra for my application. Any leads would be helpful. Thanks!

I guess the reason is you excluded HibernateJpaAutoConfiguration, is there any reason to do so, otherwise I will suggest you to add it back, maybe also add #EnableTransactionManagement to your config class.

Spring security + spring social without xml

I'm trying to create a login interface only with a Facebook login. And I would like that once logged in the user stay logged and disconnect if he wants.
I don't want the user to register via login/pass, only facebook so once he's logged I only keep information facebook gave me(mail,name etc.).
I followed the tutorial here : http://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/3.2.x/reference/htmlsingle/#jc-form
And tried to figure it out with this : https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-social-samples/blob/master/spring-social-showcase-boot/src/main/java/org/springframework/social/showcase/config/SecurityConfig.java
But I can't make it work, it always say :
org.springframework.security.ldap.DefaultSpringSecurityContextSource
not found
i use maven and not graddle, here is my pom.xml :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

I tried multiple version of spring-ldap from the last release to the 1.3.1.
