We are migrate a old vb application from windows server 2000 to 2012, after the installation, the application give following errors when running:

gRPC stopped working with APO on Windows 11

I have a Windows application (APP) and Audio Processing Object (APO) loaded by AudioDG.exe that communicate via gRPC:
APP part that is written in C# creates server via Grpc.Core.
APO part creates client via grpc++.
Server is on 127.0.0.1:20000 (I can see it's up and listening with netstat -ano).
I can confirm that APO is loaded into audio device graph by inspecting it with process explorer.
Everything worked like a charm on Windows 8 and 10, but on 11 it cannot communicate at all - I get either Error Code 14, Unavailable, failed to connect to all addresses or 4, Deadline Exceeded.
After enabling debug traces, I now see "socket is null" description for "connect failed" error:

What I've tried so far:
Updating both parts to the latest grpc versions.
Using "no proxy", "Http2UnencryptedSupport" and other env variables.
Using "localhost" or "0.0.0.0" instead of "127.0.0.1".
Updating connection to use self signed SSL certificates (root CA, server cert + key, client cert + key).
Adding inbound / outbound rules for my port, and then disabling firewall completely.
Creating server on APO side and trying to connect with the client in APP.
Everything works (both insecure and SSL creds) if I create both client and server in C# part, but as soon as it's APP-APO communication it feels blocked or sandboxed.
What has been changed in Windows 11 that can "block" gRPC?

Based on the question posed and the amount of data provided, I would check which port the server is really using and which port the client is looking for a connection on.
The easiest way to do this is to use the built-in Resource Monitor application. On the Network tab, in the TCP Connections list, you can find the application and the port it uses.
You can also use the PowerShell command
Test-NetConnection -Port 10000 -InformationLevel "Detailed"
Test-NetConnection -Port 20000 -InformationLevel "Detailed"
At least this is the first thing I would check based on what you described.
Regarding your question about the changes in Windows 11, I do not think that this is something that's causing problems for you. However, Windows 11 has additional security features compared to Windows 10, try disabling the security features completely as a test. Perhaps this will help solve the problem.
As for ASP.NET Core 6.0 itself (if I understood the version correctly), then there is a possibility that the server part, working not in the sandbox of the programming environment, still does not accept the client certificate. At the program level, you can try to fix this by adding the following exception to the code:

IBM MQ client 7.5 MQRC_HOST_NOT_AVAILABLE

We've tryed to test connection to the remote queue manager after installing MQ client v7.5 on Windows Server 2019. We've used Rfhutilc for this and got 'Host not available' inspite of the fact that telnet connection to the corresponding address was succecfully established. Also we tryed to connect using MQ client v9.0 with the same result.
AMQERR01.LOG (client v.7.5) reported following details:

Here is an example of how traffic data looks like when Rfhutilc refuses to connect to the queue.
As soon as according to the picture there was some code page issue we've tryed to set MQCCSID environment variable with the value 1208 and it helpled.
Also connection attempt via Rfhutilc was succeful while running under another user with login "admin" even though without setting MQCCSID variable.
But I failed to find explanation for this. Did the CCSID of the MQ client differ from system code page of what? And how could I find out default CCSID of MQ client then?
MQ client v7.5 worked just fine on the Windows Server 2012 R2 right after installing. Rfhutilc v7.5 was used both on Server 2012 and Server 2019 for testing.

ORA-03135: connection lost contact

I am getting the error as 'ORA-03135: connection lost contact' from my C# code while making connection to oracle DB. The same job works just fine from our test server. But it failed with ORA-03135: connection lost contact error from prod server.
The C# code use ODAC to connect to oracle DB.

This error is most likely caused by a firewall blocking the connection request. Check for any firewalls in your network or on the database server and make sure your access rules are configured correctly.

Also, setting the parameters sqlnet.inbound_connect_timeout and

Remote JMS client cant connect to the HornetQ (which is embedded with jboss 7.1.1 as)

When standalone client and jboss server runs on the same machine, everything works fine, but when i try to run the JBoss on a VM, i can get a JNDIContext from the Server,i can do a successful lookup, but i cannot establish a connection.
The Client throwing an exception as:

You have to configure the port on the server. You probably have the server starting as localhost and you are connecting externally, in such way the JNDI can connect but not the HornetQ connector.
You certainly have a configuration error, but without knowing version, what actual message you got and configuration options I have little information to help you more beyond that.

WebHost failed to process a request on IIS 7 windows 2008 when using Windows Mobile

I have developed a webservice using WCF and secured it using NTLM over SSL. I am able to connect successfully using from a visual Studio 2008 form or Web Project. The problem I am having is when creating a smart device project and deploying it on the device.
