Does Google Developer Console provide an API? - google-api

I am looking for API access to Google Developer Console. Is there a public API to enable/disable/view usage of certain services inside of the developer console?

not yet, no. You have the AppIdentity API that can provide some "admin" stuff, but VERY little, and nothing really related to any services or quotas or anything. All it does is give you your appID, your default version hostname, and small stuff like that.

Is there an API of all enabled APIs in Google console?

I would like to get a list of all the APIs, which are enabled for my project in Google Developer Console. Is there any way?
PS: I know there is a Google Discovery API, which can be used. But I would rather not apply a filter myself.
The discovery services API returns a list of all available Google APIs and has nothing to do with your project on Google Developer console.
There is not currently an API that will give you access to the enabled APIs within a project on Google Developers console. You will have to check manually on the website yourself.

Get all apps a user has from Google API

I'm looking for a way to get a list of all the users apps (that is apps published by the user NOT apps downloaded by the user).
Which API should I be looking at? I'm also interested in getting data about the apps uploaded.
Something like this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Goodgame+Studios
But as a api call.
As far as I know there is no official API to do that.
You may look for some third-party APIs like http://www.playstoreapi.com but I don't know if it is enough for you.

I hope it will work fine...
Yes, there's a Ruby client library provided by Google which allows you consume their Google+ API
https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/ruby/apis/plus/v1
UPDATE
The URL above points to Ruby client library. The API you're looking for is moments.insert
https://developers.google.com/+/api/latest/moments/insert
There is an official Google API Client gem. However the Google+ API does not allow standard automated posting to a profile. The recommended approach to share posts is the share button or the interactive share API.
The automated posting that Google+ does support are:
App activities/moments are a way to make actions within your app visible to other users of your app. They do not appear in the Google+ posts stream.
Domains API can be used with Google Apps accounts to create posts that are limited to users within the company.
Pages API can be used to post to a page (not a profile) but is limited to approved partners.

Google directory api always returns 403

I am trying to use the Admin SDK Directory api to look up user profiles. I am able to do this successfully all day (with in quota) with 99% of the time. Though there are certain times where it just fails no matter what.
Yes I have set the service account user, I have the proper scopes, I have admin api turned on.
It even fails in the google api explorer. See screen shots

Sorry for the links, images keep showing as broken
After contacting google they supplied an answer. There is a setting for the contacts app that enables and disables this.
Admin console >> Google Apps >> Settings for Contacts >> Advanced settings
Contact sharing: Enable contact sharing
Make sure that is enabled and it works.

Honestly, it just seems like some sort of transient error on the Google side. Being that it's working ~99% of the time for you, means you're not doing anything wrong. I would consider this more true b/c you're also using a Google Tool rather than your own so you know it's not the code. When it's failing for you, does it also then fail with the API explorer? What about with the OAuth Playground?
If this is reproducible consistently (same times, after X amount of requests, etc.), it would be worth reporting the the Google for Work Support team (assuming you have the ability to contact support) as it sounds like a bug and they would be able to help with break/fix for API issues.

A Google API to know which services are enabled?

I'm looking for a Google API call to know which services (Gmail in my case) are enabled for an organization or for a user.
The question has been asked without answer there : Google API for Google Services
Thanks!
If this existed, it would likely be in the Admin SDK rather than the Gmail API. That being said, I've never seen this and wasn't able to find any hint of it within the specific APIs within the SDK (would likely be in the Admin Settings API).
I am pretty sure this isn't possible via API currently.
