Connection refuse error in jmeter recording - jmeter

I am getting Connection Refused error if I tried to record any outside network application in jmeter like google.com, blazedemo.com but I am able to navigate manually. The error message is

Please let me know what type of network settings I have to change

Read :
http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/get-started.html
If you are testing from behind a firewall/proxy server, you may need to provide JMeter with the firewall/proxy server hostname and port number. To do so, run the jmeter.bat/jmeter file from a command line with the following parameters:
-H [proxy server hostname or ip address]
-P [proxy server port]
-N [nonproxy hosts] (e.g. *.apache.org|localhost)
-u [username for proxy authentication - if required]
-a [password for proxy authentication - if required]
Example : jmeter -H my.proxy.server -P 8000 -u username -a password -N localhost
Alternatively, you can use --proxyHost, --proxyPort, --username, and --password

Server with No Network access does not authenticate with OIDC

I'm trying to implement OIDC (Azure) with Apache NIFI for servers that don't have network access. The Discovery URL in our org for servers with no network access is proxied. I have verified that port 443 is accessible from server to proxy server.
for servers on the network, i use the login.microsoftonline.com/tenant-id url and it works.

Are you in a secured cluster (acces via https)? If so you need to give access to your nodes, like so (within the registry) :
If you are not in a secure cluster, try so set up an adresse like that : http://hostname:port . Without adding /nifi-registry
Another way to look, is within docker, be sure that your host can communicate with each others (Easier to be on the same docker network, and try to ping eachother)

This seems to suggest that you are having trouble connecting to nimbus from the machine where you are trying to run this command from. Most likely there is something wrong in your ~/.storm/storm.yaml. Make sure you have this correctly configured to point to your nimbus server.

Jmeter HTTP Request Sampler results in "connection refused"

I am using windows8 and Jmeter the latest version. i created a simple HTTP Request Sampler and in the in the server name i added google.com

Did anyone faced this issue ?
One solution - define smtp server:
In jetty.xml:
<Resource name="mail/Session" type="javax.mail.Session" auth="Container"
mail.smtp.host="localhost"
mail.smtp.auth="true"
mail.user="USERNAME"
mail.password="PASSWORD"
mail.port="25"
mail.transport.protocol="smtp"
mail.debug="true"/>
Or install smtp server on windows. Now I do not know if you can disable mail configuration.
