I have recently installed magento Community edition of 2.1 version just want to integrate the custom theme.I made vendor and theme as like magento 2.0 . And also check the theme is showing in magento admin panel in content setting but when i going to activate it in path
store -> configuration -> design there is no options for "Design Theme" where i can activate it. Help would be greatly appreciated.
You can activate the theme in Content > Design > Configuration in the admin.
The files that your theme must contain are:
registration.php
theme.xml
dev/tools/grunt/configs/themes.js
i am new in magento can anyone tell me nice and easy way to implement custim theme (Css\html) in magento 1.9.you can recomend free pdf which explain all the steps.

I have installed community builder on my Joomla installation. I need to understand the Community Builder templating. I cannot understand where templates are and how can I override them. Can I override them by placing files in my site template's html folder, the way Joomla does or else it gets harder to maintain.
Another small problem: I wanna redirect to the profile page after logging in from the CB login page instead of the page that say Hi %username% with a Logout button.

CB templates are found in the CB plugin manager located through components - CBuilder - Plugin Management, There are a few default templates but most decent ones are commercial, If you happen to find any free ones please let me know.
