I have been trying to download a past Liferay release of the EE version.
Liferay Portal 6.2 EE SP11
https://www.liferay.com/community/releases/-/asset_publisher/nSr2/content/id/52182830
However when i click on download it redirects me to the SP12 download link.
Is there no other way to download a legacy version.
As an EE customer you should have access to the customer portal at liferay.com.
This is the place where you'll be able to download all the previous versions of LIferay EE.
No, you can't now that customer portal only bring it up 7.0 onwards... Does anyone knows if there is any "hidden" place to download 6.2 ee from?

I am very new to the Magento platform. I installed Magento 2.4.2 version on my VPS hosting server. Installed and running with Elastic search well.
When I install the B2B module in this version, I'm getting the below message. Hope others facing this issue can help.
[InvalidArgumentException] Could not find a matching version of package magento/extension-b2b.
My question: is there any difference between Magento open source vs Magento commerce? Magento open source won't support B2B? 2.4.2 version is Open source or Magento commerce?
Can anyone help me to clarify this?
Thanks
The free version of Magento 2 is Magento Open Source. The B2B suite is Magento Commerce only (paid version).
So the B2B suite is not available on Magento 2 Open Source. To get the B2B functionality you need to upgrade to Magento Commerce or find similar third party modules to add to Open Source version.
Eclipse Marketplace option not available in Help menu.
If link is available to install Marketplace client in STS 3.8.4 would be useful,
so that i can install marketplace via Install new software.
Open the Spring Dashboard, go to IDE Extensions and install Spring IDE(Tool support for the Spring Framework), restart the IDE and the option will appear. That works for me in STS 3.8.4
Use this link to install market place as new software.
https://www.l3harrisgeospatial.com/docs/installnewsoftware.html
URL for market place install is : http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-12
2019-12 represent eclipse version you are using for me it was 2020-06 {version :4.16}
hence URL for me changed to http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2020-06
then restart the IDE.
search for Spring ide in market place after reopening it will show version 3 tool.
I want to upgrade my magento version.
I am using Magento Enterprise editon 1.12
When I goto connect manager and use "Check for upgrade". No upgrade is listed. But Magento 1.14 is latest version and it is not listed.
Any reason on why didn't the available is not listed?
For community edition we can upgrade manually by downloading the latest files and inserting our custom modules in that.
But in Enterprise Edition is there any way to do like that? Because Enterprise Edition is not open source
The same question is posted in this link . Since I am not getting any response, posting the same here
Magento Enterprise is the PAID version. You will need to login to the Magento Account to be able to download the latest version.
In case, of Magento Community, it is free hence it can be upgraded via Magento Connect Manager.
Use the following steps:
Go to www.magento.com
In the top horizontal navigation bar, click My
Account. Log in with your Magento user name and password.
In the left navigation bar, click Downloads.
In the right pane, click Magento Enterprise Edition > Release for the software or Sample Data for the optional sample data.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the Magento EE download.
Transfer the installation archive to your development system.
Find the information here: http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/m1x/install/installing.html#get
Hope this helps.
i have to migrate some project from Eclipse to RAD 7.5.5
Now i'm trying to install a maven plugin like i had on Eclipse, but i can't find it, i tried
http://repository.sonatype.org/content/sites/forge-sites/m2e
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e-e34/
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases
those sites that i found on web when i go for:
Help>Software Updates>Aviable Software>Add sites
gives to me "no repository found"
So i need a working repository to install Maven.
I found that this maven/rad version is very aged, so it can be hard to find now.
Any .zip file will be fine also.
First of all, RAD 7.5.x is not supported anymore by IBM (EOS dated on September 30, 2014), so my first advice is to move up to a newer version and I have the feeling that RAD includes Maven support since 8.5.1. Latest version out there is 9.1.1.

Second, honestly I don't recall which version of Eclipse is used in RAD 7.5.x. If it is older than Eclipse 3.6 then I don't think there is any integration for it. Try this repo

Here is the M2E for WTP site in Eclipse Marketplace

I have been tasked with integrating the One Pica Avalara Avatax extension into a Magento 1.13.0.2 project.
Installation was easy enough and the module appears to be functioning correctly on the backend. However, the client does not yet have account credentials with Avalara, so I can't test the extension with the newest version of Magento. I was wondering if anyone here has integrated the Avatax extension into the latest version of Magento successfully. My concern is that with Magento's latest update (which includes major changes to Tax Calculations) will there be conflicts between Avatax and the new core code?
Thank you,
Emil
The latest available version of the One Pica Avalara Magento Extension is is 2.4.3.1 (May 16, 2013). It can be obtained via Magento Connect or downloaded directly from OnePica's website.
The extension supports all current versions of Magento Community after 1.2 and current versions of Magento Enterprise after 1.5.
Hopefully this helps!
