i had installed oracle 12c on pc and visual studio 2015 when i tried to install ODAC for integrating oracle over visual studio
then i got an error that
[INS-50013] Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET Error.
Please install Visual Studio before you proceed with this installation
i forgot to mention that i had installed visual studio in one user and oracle in another user though i could access all the features of both oracle and visual studio
Please give me the way to get out of this problem
Now supported VS2015. still not support vs2017.

I'm using two different Visual Studio Version 2019 ans 2017. and I will start a project with oracle databases.
But I couldn't install Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio (ODTforVS2019_193200.vsix) in my Vs2019. Unfortunatelly I tried a lot of diffrend ways but I didn't succes.

I installed ODT for Visual Studio 2019(ODTforVS2019_133100) on my computer.
I started Visual studio 2019 new MVC application.
Via NugetPackages:
I installed EntityFramwdork
I installed Oracle.ManagedDataAccess
I installed Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.EntityFramewok
I want to add Models->Add->New Item->Data->ADO.Net Entity Data Model.
I am getting the error shown above. Please help with this.

Visual Studio online currently only works with VS2013 and above. It's not support for SSDT2010. You may need to use SSDT in VS2013 and try again.
SSDT is available in VS 2013, it's integrated into the box so we do
not have a stand alone install. If you install VS 2013, you will see
the Database Projects, SQL Server Object Explorer, and other tools
that were available in VS 2010 & VS 2012. I have verified that the
Database Projects in VS2013 will work with VS Online source control,
however if you are using the online build process, we are not built
into the online build support yet.

As mentioned by #Thomas Oracle does not support Visual Studio 2015.

I have installed Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate on a machine which already had Oracle data provider for .net (odp.net) and I wanted to use Entity Framework with Oracle but Oracle connection is not available:
The odp.net was working with Visual Studio 2013 Professional before I uninstalled it.
You need to install Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio to use any of the database related designers in Visual Studio:
