I know that Games like "draw a stickam" or "wordament" uses xamarin, but are they using some game engines like monogame or cocossharp? Or there are some other engines which can I use with xamarin?

As indicated in the heading, I'm looking for an IDE for Verilog. I am a Mac user, but I couldn't find any (good) one, especially one that has more or less the same functionality as Eclipse.

You can give SVEditor a try! It's an Eclipse-based IDE with some basic features.

Is there a free/open source alternative to ViEmu for Visual Studio?
There's VsVim. It is still in development, so it doesn't currently offer the same number of features as ViEmu, but it is free.
