I would like to build a custom application in Laravel framework and include it in Joomla.
What I would like to do is to replace central content of Joomla with application served from content.
Joomla url: http://www.joomlasite.com/campaign-directory -> should show content from laravel url: http://www.joomlasite.com/laravel/directory/showall
I noticed component Joomi for Joomla, but Iam not sure if this component will be able to do that.

I think you mean Jumi, and yes, I think that Jumi can do what you want, but I believe there are other easier ways to achieve what you need to do. What you can do is use the iFrame Wrapper component in Joomla to "wrap" your lavarel application and display it in Joomla. Try that before using a Jumi if possible.

I have written a php page that is getting data from a database and graph it via highcharts javascript.
I would like now to be able to put that in joomla and then use the username from joomla to graph the specific data from that user.

You should use an iFrame Wrapper menu item whenever you want to include a page that isn't part of your Joomla website.
I am doing a website in joomla 3.0, I have select a friendly URi in the backend.
I create several componente for the website too, and my route to access to this component is like this.

But when the browser show this router it isn´t friendly router.
Any idea?
You need to create a router.php file for your component to tell joomla how to build the sef url and then parse it when the sef url is requested.
Check out the components/weblinks/router.php file for an example.
Alternatively, if you are using a sef component like joomsef or sh404sef, you will need to create a plugin for your component. You can find documentation on how to do this on the component makers websites.
Im completely new to Joomla development. I need to develop Joomla plugin that adds static javascript to the footer of all the pages of a Joomla site. Also, the plugin would need to save 2 fields in database, and access these fields on per page basis. Also, Admin panel is needed.
Now, my questoion is, where do i start? Joomla plugin development is a big task, so if I can get some pointers as to where to start, it would be very supporting.
Im not asking for direct code, but just the right direction to start.

Joomla has three types of extensions (what you refered to as plugin): components, modules and plugins, where each has a different purpose.
If you need to add javascript to all pages, the best place is your template. If you don't have access to template, just building an extension, then you have to create a content plugin.
If you need to create extension with admin panel which also works with database, you need to create a component. The best place to get started is tutorial Developing a MVC component for Joomla 2.5
How do I display the form in the frontend in Joomla 2.5, just like the Create Article form shown in the frontend?
You can obviously create an form in an article but it will be pointless as the form will require PHP functions which cannot be written in an article.
Your best bet would be to develop a simple module which you can embed in an article or download a free form extension from the Joomla Extensions Directory.

Why have you create your own register form? Joomla already has the one. To see it follow the link index.php?option=com_user&task=register, Login for there index.php?option=com_user&task=login. If you need more fields to be filled out during registation you may you Community Builder. This extention allows to add to user profie as many fields as you want
It is also possible to use Chronoforms to allow for registration that brings in multiple fields as well without having to bring in an external file for registration/login.
Using the tools Joomla has to stay within Joomla is really the best way to go about it. It will allow you to keep your sanity and keep things as uniformed as possible.
