IBM Liberty 8.5.5.5 running in CICS v5.1 does not recognize CICS - websphere-liberty

After upgrading IBM liberty in CICS (v5.1) from 8.5.5.0 to 8.5.5.5, JCICS API is not recognized by liberty. same server.xml was copied and it has following features. I noticed different message in the log (messages listed below) with tag "LIBERTY NOTUSAGE". Anybody seen this ? Do we need change any config files ?
<featureManager>

The "product = ... " message you refer to is from the first line of messages.log and is correct, as this refers to how the Liberty instance is registered (see message CWWKB0108I further down), as in this instance you are using the Liberty provided by CICS TS.
As to your problem "JCICS is not recognized", JCICS is provided by the cicsts:core-1.0 product extension, so no obvious reason for it not to be available if you have that configured.
Can you clarify a couple of issues which will help narrow this down
What errors do you see and in which logs
What features does Liberty report as actually configured - see msg CWWKF0012I in messages.log

fabric-sdk-go error: No peers to connect to

We are using the IBM Managed Blockchain based on fabric 1.2, and using the Go SDK #5e291d3a34f59beb9a8ae2bcbba388515648dc73. When we try to invoke the chaincode we have installed on the peers, we get a "no peers to connect to" error:
[fabsdk/fab] 2019/01/25 12:25:57 UTC - dispatcher.(*Dispatcher).Start.func1 -> DEBU Listening for events...

[fabsdk/util] 2019/01/25 12:25:57 UTC - lazyref.checkTimeStarted -> DEBU Starting timer
After putting some extra logging of our own it looks like the failure happens because the peer discovery service (https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-sdk-go/blob/master/pkg/client/common/discovery/dynamicdiscovery/chservice.go#L72) doesn't return any peers in its response. The targets seem to be set correctly.
After dumping the GRPC response, we get
(*discovery.Response)(0xc4205cd600)(
results: <
members: <
peers_by_org: <
key: "org1"
value: <>
>
>
>
)
We also set up a different fabric network on our own with the same chaincode, which works properly and the same dump shows this instead (some parts were redacted):
(*discovery.Response)(0xc42045ed20)(
results: <
members: <
peers_by_org: <
key: "Org1MSP"
value: <

)
I am unsure if the issue is in the configuration of the SDK or the IBM Managed fabric network. If it is the IBM network, then it seems that somehow the peers aren't aware that they are members of an organization.
Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
I searched the hyperledger official rocket chat for the "no peers to connect to" error, and some results came up, but they seemed to be caused by other reasons, such as the peers being excluded by the SDK, not due to the response to the discovery request.
Make sure you have anchor peers configured in the channel.
Make sure the peers have external endpoints configured, i.e - (CORE_PEER_GOSSIP_EXTERNALENDPOINT=peer1.org1.example.com:7051)

Websphere MQ 7with Spring JMS - infinite delivery

I have written a Websphere MQ listener using Spring boot (JMS). I have configured the backout queue at queue level with threshold as 0
As part of program I am throwing JMSException immediately I receive message so that my message goes to back out queue.
The problem that I am facing is that message is getting continuously re-delivered to listener
JMSMessage class: jms_text
JMSType: null
JMSDeliveryMode: 2
JMSExpiration: 0
JMSPriority: 0
JMSMessageID: ID:414d51204d5148554244313020202020583e8e2b26af9905

JMSXDeliveryCount: 98

JMS_IBM_Encoding: 546
JMS_IBM_Format: MQSTR
JMS_IBM_MsgType: 8
JMS_IBM_PutApplType: 28

JMS_IBM_PutTime: 07451818
#JmsListener(destination = "${ibm.mq.incomingqueue}", containerFactory = "defaultJmsListenerContainerFactory")
public void onMessage(TextMessage message) throws JMSException {
System.out.println("Here" + message.toString());
throw new JMSException("reason");
}
BOTHRESH must be greater than or equal to 1. Setting BOTHRESH to 0 disables it.
Reference the How WebSphere Application Server handles poison messages by IBM's
Paul Titheridge.
When WebSphere MQ is the JMS provider
By default, queues created with WebSphere MQ have the Backout threshold property (known in WebSphere MQ terms as BOTHRESH) set to 0. Therefore, the default behaviour of WebSphere MQ is never to back out poison messages.

Can someone help on this.

Set up on Mac OS X - play framework2

I'm tried to set up playframe work on OSX and bumped into some troubles.
Download Typesafe Activator and set up as this procedure. https://www.playframework.com/documentation/2.4.x/
"activator new test" -> "cd test" -> "activator run"
Access localhost:9000 with Safari to get a message Failed to open page
Some error messages are there as below.
Is there any idea to solve the problem?
