Project dll error in Visual Studio 2013 output upon Build - visual-studio-2013

When I build my project, I get this message in the Output window:
1>------ Build started: Project: ProjectX, Configuration: Debug Any CPU ------
1> ProjectX -> C:\Users\Alfred\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\ProjectX2015\ProjectX\ProjectX\bin\ProjectX.dll
========== Build: 1 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========
I think it started after an update-package. It compiles but I'm starting to wonder what the 2nd line mean:
1> ProjectX -> C:\Users\Alfred\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\ProjectX2015\ProjectX\ProjectX\bin\ProjectX.dll
Is this a real error or just something to ignore?
Below is my ProjectX.dll.config (sanitized):

The first line of the output indicates that a build for a project (named "ProjectX", with "Debug Any CPU" configuration) is started. On the second line, it then outputs the location of the resulting binary. Finally, on the third line, it shows build results for all projects in the current solution.
This is standard output for a successful build of one project. Depending on the complexity of the project, there will sometimes be more lines, but lines 1 and 3 will always be there. The line 2 that shows the location of the output file will only be present in case of a successful build.

Found conflicts between different versions of "System.Web.Http" that could not be resolved

I have opened an old project in visual studio 2022 (before I used vs 2017),
When I build I get several light warnings, but this may affect the correct operation

How to solve 404 "The resource cannot be found" error in web api application after publishing on Godaddy server

I am facing a problem in which i am facing error of 404 after publishing my application on Godaddy server before publishing it. It was working fine I just change connection string for server and publish it and in server it is giving 500 error and in my application it is giving 404 error.
I am pasting the connection string which I replace and I try every possible thing change in connection string but I did not get any thing.
Old connection string
<connectionStrings>
<add name="DefaultConnection" connectionString="Data Source=(LocalDb)\MSSQLLocalDB;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\aspnet-Prasadseed-20190925022122.mdf;Initial Catalog=aspnet-Prasadseed-20190925022122;Integrated Security=True" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
<add name="PrasadSeedDBEntities" connectionString="metadata=res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.csdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.ssdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="data source=ranu;initial catalog=PrasadSeedDB;integrated security=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;App=EntityFramework"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
<add name="PrasadSeedDBEntities1" connectionString="metadata=res://*/Models.PrasadSeedDB.csdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeedDB.ssdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeedDB.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="data source=Ranu;initial catalog=PrasadSeedDB;integrated security=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;App=EntityFramework"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
</connectionStrings>
My new connection string
<connectionStrings>
<add name="DefaultConnection" connectionString=" Data Source=43.255.152.21;Integrated Security=False;User ID=Prasadseed; Password=********; " providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
<add name="PrasadSeedDBEntities" connectionString="metadata=res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.csdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.ssdl|res://*/Models.PrasadSeed.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="data source=ranu;initial catalog=PrasadSeedDB;integrated security=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;App=EntityFramework"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
<add name="PrasadSeedDBEntities1" connectionString="Data Source=43.255.152.21;Integrated Security=False;User ID=Prasadseed; Password=*********; " providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
</connectionStrings>
and my web.config file is now
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

adfs authentication invalid request exception msis7042 mvc

I have a MVC site deployed on a web server. Some users get a InvalidRequestException MSIS7042 and other users are able to access the site without a problem. I am having this problem on safari and iOS. I have other MVC sites deployed that use ADFS that work fine. I have checked that the endpoints and the identifiers have trailing slashes. The permissions are set up the same for users that can and can't access the site. If a user that is having an issue accesses one of the other sites, and authenticates with adfs, then goes back to the url that they were having an issues with, they can access the site fine. I have added my web.config below, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We upgraded our ADFS server, and this has seemed to fix the issue. If we get the multiple redirects, we restart the app pool and that resolves that issue as well.

How to get PUT and DELETE verbs to work with WebAPI on IIS

I am using WebAPI PUT and DELETE methods to perform actions from my website via AJAX using jQuery. My server is Windows Server 2008 R2 with Plesk installed. POST and GET requests work just fine, but PUT and DELETE fail.
I was originally getting a 401 Unauthorized response when I first deployed my site to the server. I then performed some actions and it turned into 405 Method not allowed.
I am now at a point where I'm receiving an Internal Server error:
Handler “ExtensionlessUrlHandler-Integrated-4.0” has a bad module
“ManagedPipelineHandler” in its module list
Now, there are lots of posts about this, and sadly I can't get it to work yet.
Here's what I've tried:
Added remove tags within web.config for WebDAV handler and module
Set permissions to execute scripts and executables within Handler Mappings
Adding the PUT and POST verbs to within IIS
Added PUT and POST verbs to the web.config
Downloading the .NET Framework and performing a 'repair'
Re-registered .NET Framework as shown in this answer
Investigated CORS but I'm not doing any cross site scripting, It's just AJAX called from the same domain
How can I get rid of this message and allow my PUT and DELETE to work?
Heres my web.config

An extract from my web.config around the ExtensionlessUrlHandler-Integrated-4.0.
Looking at the difference between yours and mine I don't have this section resourceType="Unspecified" requireAccess="Execute". I also use verb="*" that shouldn't make a difference but might be worth a try.
Also note I do not have accessPolicy="Read, Execute, Script" attribute in the handlers section. I also do not remove WebDAV.

Actually removing WebDAV from my server caused the application to return a 503 Service Unavailable Error message, so I re-installed it.
I was able to fix this by disabling WebDAV for the individual application pool, this stopped the 'bad module' error.
Disable WebDAV for Individual App Pool:
Click the affected web site in IIS
Find WebDAV Authoring Tools in the list
Click to open it
Click Disable WebDAV in the top right.
Ta daaaa!
This link is where I found the instructions but it's not very clear.
For myself it wasn't enough to do everything #Luke was doing. I had to also go into my Programs and Features and and under Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Common HTTP Features turn off WebDAV Publishing
That then fixed it for me.
